They are bloody cheaters. Gave us a wrong old piece made for someone else. Took whole money. Kept us waiting after running away from Chandini chowk. After two years we chased them. Now they are not even entertaining us, blocked us on whatsapp also. Never ever purchase from any one their future store. I am sure with such deeds they probably won't have any store 😂😂

My wedding Lehenga was from this place and it has been one stop destination when it comes to traditional outfits, it was totally worth choosing them for the wedding and I am definitely going to recommend them to my friends for their functions

Scamster. Tushar kapoor! they moved from Chandni chowk where they don't have a proper store.he says he is renovating his store,while neighboring shopkeepers say he has fled.he was supposed to deliver dress on 25th November.we kept calling him since 10th November but he used to disconnect our calls. on 25th by some miracle he sent us a number to get in touch with.his employee told it will take another 3-4 days to be delivered. we made them understand that we don't have that much time.on 28th we finally got to talk to Tushaar. he said he would deliver the dress to our place on 29th.No one turned up. on 30th again we kept calling him. he told us he will deliver on 1st December by afternoon. at 6 pm the guy arrived with a BROWN color dress instead of PINK.we called and complained.he is such a shameless person he said "dye karane mein 19-20 ho ta h" finally after an hour of arguments he agreed that he made a mistake. we returned the dress and he agreed to refund.since then he is unreachable

Very bad experience. They shifted their shop from chandni chowk somewhere in model town...they are such bad people cheats...Tushar kapoor never answers phone. On the delivery day they say '4-5 din aur lag jayege..karigar chutti pe hain'. We had to cancel the flight for the wedding because of them. Note this was not urgent order, they took 3 months and couldn't deliver the dress. beware.

I have bought three garments from Tusya and every penny spent has been worth it. the designs are unique and believe me I did my research and came back to them finally. the designer not only understands your personality but also looks for your comfort. I would highly recommend them.
