Umang is absolutely the best when it comes to make up and patience with the bride and her family!! She made my sister ( the bride), me and mum look great. She listens to your brief and suggests what she thinks will work best and is always willing to listen and accommodate last minute changes. All this while she is chill with you and she totally gets the fact that the family will have their own madness owing to the wedding and she stays super calm which has this effect on the bride as well where it's hard to feel nervous. We tried 3 different looks for my sister for all three functions and none of those in any way similar to the other but all of those just perfect 👌 Umang is a star who knows her craft too well and has magic in her hands!

Somebody who has very little knowledge about makeup, I only had an idea for what I want for my wedding. Umang managed to put that together for 3 of my wedding functions, one better than the other. I was told I looked like a dream. It was subtle and real. She uses authentic products and makes your skin look fabulous. Thank you once again for the fantastic service.

Absolutely loved Umang! I had been following her work for a while and one of my best friends also got her for her makeup and I fell in love with the looks she gave her. Umang worked with me on creating a mood board and multiple looks that would potentially go well with my outfits. About a month before the wedding, we did a quick trial to see what suited me the most and what I was most comfortable with. She's super warm, understanding and amazing at her work! Hey, I asked Umang to do my makeup for my brother's wedding and boy! I was amazed. Absolutely loved her work. Her "your skin but better" approach to base makeup is BEAUTIFUL. I had a lovely time chit-chatting with her and did not want to take off my makeup at the end of the night. Lol. Hands down one of the best makeup artist I have worked with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Umang was exceptional!! She did my make up on my wedding day and it was flawless. I was looking for something that's not over the top. She balanced it perfectly by retaining my natural skin tone, yet giving it a flawless cover up. The end result was just perfect. Her hair dresser kept it simple with an elegant bun with a neat finish. She also makes one feel at ease very fast, I was obviously very nervous, but she was extremely calm and understood my requirements and I just sat back and let her do her thing! In fact at the last minute I realized that my shoe strap had disappeared and was panicking, she immediately calmed me down and managed to find a quick fix with rubber bands and safety pins!! I was extremely happy with the end result, and more than that, the experience, which was a lot of fun. I highly recommend her.

Umang got me ready for my Shagan ceremony and wedding ! She is a thorough professional - extremely talented when it comes to make up and has a really good hand. She makes you feel very comfortable and understands your personal style very well. She also has a knack for understanding what would look good on you and executes it perfectly. Being the bride I wanted my D-day look to be right on point. I came across Umang through a family friend. She was just amazing. She understood what I wanted and she did a fabulous job. The first thing that strikes you about Umang is her love for the profession. I have had the privilege to attend her makeup101 session and she was on to the basics and techniques right from start. She is really calm and composed and it shows on the make up's she does on the clients - natural and clean. She knows what is your complexion and features and will not go over board with the steps. Umang first worked on me for my brother's sangeet in July 2013, I have patchy skin and I am always apprehensive about getting the base/foundation on my skin right. She got that spot on in 2013 and when i started preparing for my own wedding (April 2016) i knew i had one thing sorted without a second thought - I knew I wanted Umang to do all my functions. She understood the look i wanted for all my wedding functions in flat 5 minutes and she made me look exactly how i wanted to look for my wedding! The skin looked even, foundation was perfect, make up was perfect! The dressing up process was a lot of fun, she was just like another girlfriend in the room and didnt feel like an outsider at all..with her you know that once you have told her what you want, you can sit back and relax and when its all done it will be exactly what you want!

And that's where I feel the makeup artist plays a crucial role. Umang understands that perfectly well and puts you at ease instantly. We had engaged her in April 2016 for my sister-in-law's wedding and all related functions - for herself and me. We actually forgot all the frenzy and anxiety associated with getting ready for wedding once Umang started the drill. We were in a super quick 2 hour make-up session with Umang today. This was my first ever and I am a completely novice when it comes to make-up - so it was wonderful for me. However, I think the following things could be better. 1. When she showed us the make up on a person, and when we started doing it on ourselves there was a difference in the steps we were following. it almost seemed like the practice dint matter. Being strict with the learners would help! 2. The steps an dthe products for the actual training could be categorised and kept separately for the numebr of learners, we were getting confused with the brushes and the products. And even right now I am wondering whether I have made the right notes about the products. Umang however was extremely patient with us. and clearly knows her stuff!
