It was a really bad experience with me.. I wanted to book her for my wedding and engagement and I waited for her just to talk on phone and discuss for my wedding for a month den also she showed no interest in contacting me and discussing about my needs. Wen I messaged her and tried to clarify if she is interested then she called me up and started shouting at me and did not listen to me all all and hence disconnected the call. Vandana was a blessing on my big day. Incredibly accommodating and understanding. Searching for all my vendors sitting in a different country, the key for me was communication as I couldn't get a trial and nor did I have an outfit until days before. I'm not someone who wears make-up at all, so I wanted to ensure that even with the Bridal make-up, I was still looking like myself at the wedding. Despite the limited communication, Vandana was able to understand that really well and gave me 2 very different looks that I loved. I had 2 functions on the same day, so she was really kind to come from so far away and hang around for the 2nd make-up as well.
