Person who talks to you is professional and understanding. Cake quality is also alright. Small fumble that happen with me was that the cake came in a box smaller than the cake. Thus when the cake was to be transported the top layer got smashed and I had to put chocolate cookies to save the day of my engagement. This was embarrassing and lady completely denied taking any responsibility. I truly believe the cake container should have been of the Appropriate size specially when she knew I had to transport the cake to my engagement ceremony location. This important event would have been spoilt had I not fixed it. The bakery should have taken the responsibility. Cake quality was okay hence and the person talks professionally, hence 3 stars.
