NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM HERE! They don’t accept returns or exchange even if the product does not fit.

DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT buy anything from them. They are fraud. What basically they do is they will take your money and will never send you your stuff. And, if you try to call them, email, or message them you will get absolutely no answer. VASANSI is worst experience i have ever had. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

Pathetic customer service don't buy online they are fraud they take your money and you need to wait for weeks to get your shipment and don't even bother to pick your call be watchful they don't deliver items bought online and your money will be stuck regret buying from them pathetic wish I should have read reviews before placing online order

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering outfits for my daughter's wedding. I live in San Francisco and ordered after a "video call" There were a lot of fits and starts but finally we saw the outfits and ordered. It took more than 5 months to get the outfits. I had to call multiple times a day just to get a response. I ordered in Feb, way before the COVID lockdowns! When the outfits came, one worked pretty well. The bridal outfit had a terrible blouse. It didn't even have pads - this is for a backless blouse! When I complained, they said that they'll send me a new one. When I called (multiple times), I was told that their senior executive didn't want to send a new blouse. My daughter should just "manage" with that blouse for a few hours!! This is for her reception! Don't go to this store if you live outside Jaipur. Dealing with them is a nightmare, I would never deal with them again.

I had placed an order for a lehenga 2 months back. It was supposed to be delivered on 4th of April. I got no delivery and no reposnse over call so had to go down to their store. They said it's still getting ready and they'll deliver by 15th April, still nothing. I have given 15k advance and the function I wanted to use it for has also passed. Not getting any response on calls. This is the worst experience I've had with any so called "reputed" store. I hope the least they can do is return my money back.

I did my wedding shopping from here and I got really nice outfits for myself from here. They have a great collection to choose from and they have a vey different variety of clothes as compared to others. They offer amazing customer service and are very polite to the customers. Highly recommended.

I was referred to this brand through wedmegood live show.. unfortunately me and my sister (bride) had worst customer service experience and will not recommend this brand to any of the international brides/bridesmaids and families for shopping moving forward. We ordered my sisters (bride) and my outfit through Anusha sales representative at Jaipur location over what’s app and video call from USA. At the time of order we specifically told them that we are traveling to India end of February for 2.5 weeks and need the outfit delivered at my house in Nadiad, Gujurat by February 28th so can stitch the blouse and take it with me in a timely manner. As soon as we landed in India on February 22nd I called Anusha multiple times and messaged multiple times to get update on my order but there was no response from Anusha or any of the jaipur sales representatives who were handling the account if she was on leave (giving benefit of doubt) I even went to their Ahmedabad location in person to check the update on February 23rd but all they said was keep trying the what’s app number and someone will reach out. We then got an email on March 4th that my order is shipped to our Nadiad address so I assumed it will arrive in next 3-4 days. But on March 9th I finally get a call from Aunsuha that our ordered is shipped to ahmedabad store and can be picked up from there. I leave to fly back to USA on March 11th and they expect me to go to ahmedabad pick up the order which was supposed to be shipped to my home address in Nadiad. I call the ahmedabad store to see if they can come deliver it same day on 9th but they said to pay in full and will courier it which should be there in nadiad in 1-2 days. I still have to stitch the blouse and lets be honest no tailor in India will get it stitched in a day prior to me leaving to go back to USA. I left all my pending work and drove to ahmedabad to pick my outfit wasted my 5 hours of the day just to deal with all this additional stress. At ahmedabad store I get a call from Aunsuha from their jaipur location and demand to speak to her boss/manager in Jaipur Deepak who had nothing to offer besides “madam our policy is 30 days”. If that was the case then Aunsuha should have mentioned that in early February that sorry it’s not possible to delivery it on Feb 28th after which I would not have placed my order. Deepak was unprofessional and not at all helpful or willing to take any responsibility for their dishonesty, lack of communication, and poor customer service. The team failed to communicate any status updates even after multiple calls,emails and messages on a daily basis for 11-12 days post landing in India. I told them to give us additional discount on due to all these errors on their end but he adamantly kept refusing to do so until had to put my foot down. I have shopped with multiple brands online on various occasions including this trip but have never encountered such bad customer service, unprofessionalism and unaccountability for their ethics and misconduct. No doubt they have excellent collection but after our experience with Vasansi Jaipur I do not recommend any international clients to order especially if you are the bride or brides family to avoid this unnecessary stress. I have completely lost my trust in this brand and will never ever shop again with them.

I got some of my wedding outfits from here. They have a great variety to choose from. The lehengas they have are absolutely beautiful and royal. Their fitting was amazing and I got my outfit right on time. The customer service was really good as well.

After Covid their services are worst. While taking order they say 30 days but delivery time is usually 45+ days. After calling continuously for 10days they delivered the products ordered with no alterations done. Will not recommend them especially for weddings. Very bad experience.

I had a terrible experience of buying a dress from Vasansi. I cannot rate the quality of the product as I have not received it to date. but already had a horrible experience following up on my order. It's been one and a half months and I have not received it. In fact, I am not getting any response on the phone or WhatsApp for the last 4 days from them.

I got my cocktail night outfit from here. They have a really good collection for brides to be and it's beautiful. My outfit was of really nice quality and it fit me perfectly. The staff was really supportive and they have very quick service. Loved it!!

I got my reception lehanga from Vasansi, Jaipur. The store is really nice, they have this lovely collection. The location is nice, easy to spot as well plus it is so famous in Jaipur. My lehanga was so pretty, the work on it was so intricate and detailed, I totally loved it. It looked really heavy but when I wore it, it was pretty light to wear. The staff is decent and it was a lovely experience over there!
