Mpire was one of our first decisions in wedding planning and one of the best. Vikram, Dhvani, Karishma, and the rest of the team worked very hard to put together our dream wedding weekend in Thailand. Their strength is when they are on site to make all the events and in between moments flow so smoothly. Despite the number of blockers and challenges that would show up last minute on the days - Vikram’s team was able to quietly take care of things in a way that it was not obvious to any of our guests or to the couple. I continue to receive so many compliments from family and friends about how well organized and flawless the 3 days were and how friendly and useful the wedding team was. Prior to the wedding, as a bride, I always felt heard and was easily able to communicate. They were able to bring to life a wedding that I had imagined that brought out our personalities. It really ended up being such a fun experience and Mpire’s team really gets credit for that being such a young, energetic, and capable group to work with.

It was a pleasure having Mpire plan my destination wedding. Throughout the six months of planning, they made sure we were organized and on track on accommodations, decor, photographers and everything else. I was given options and opinions but also the space to make my own choices. The wedding weekend was perfect and they were a big part of making it perfect. Everything was taken care of, every small last minute decision was handled beautifully and their hard work showed. As a bride, I did not have a moment of being overwhelmed and I got to enjoy it all.

Mpire was in charge of our entire wedding planning and they did a fabulous job. The Mpire team did an incredible job planning our wedding! Due to the pandemic, we had to down-size the scale of our event and were uncertain about the exact dates and venue until less than two months before our big day. Nonetheless, Mpire ensured that everything was organized and planned to our aesthetic and taste. They helped us with negotiations with vendors, finding the best entertainment, and even supported us with the stress and plethora of emotions that everyone was having! On our big day, the city of Udaipur saw extremely heavy rainfall and the Mpire team served as both emotional support and logistical support, as they worked EXTREMELY hard with the local decorators to waterproof the entire lawn so we could have a beautiful, outdoor ceremony! Mpire Events were the most incredible wedding planners we could have wished for. From the very start they made everything so enjoyable and easy for us, with no complaints or hesitations each time we had to change location! We are from London, Mpire were in Mumbai and our wedding was in UAE so this truly was an international destination wedding! Due to the pandemic, we changed the destination of our wedding over 3 times, including hotel contracts and all else, and each time Vikram and his team came with ideas, suggestions and solutions to all the problems we had, eventually suggesting the Intercontinental in Fujairah which we had never heard of or seen but turned out to be the perfect property for us. Mpire had already planned a few weddings our family had been to to such a high level but working with them was an altogether different experience. From meeting Vikram for the first time, to meeting the rest of the team, they were all so fantastic and willing to help. Every single team member worked so hard, always available at a moments notice, planning a whole destination wedding in less than 3 months, providing valuable input and managing all the stress throughout. During the wedding itself the full Mpire team made everything run so smoothly over the four days meaning that us and our families could fully relax and not worry about a thing. The lovely shadows ensured that we as a couple could be in the moment and within two days they were reading our minds! We can’t thank Mpire enough for making our dream wedding happen.
