After my first phone call with Prarthana I knew she was the right person to make my big day less stressful and more organised. She is very professional and performs all tasks efficiently but most importantly she’s a wonderful person who understands her client. She’s very creative and even communicated very well with me through the entire planning process. She was very accommodating even when I had crazy ideas and wanted to make last minute changes. We reached out to Prarthana and her team about a month before our wedding - when we had to change the wedding venue, and city due to reasons beyond our control, during the far end of the COVID pandemic. At a time when things felt like they were spiraling out of control and things were falling apart, Prarthana and her team were able to quickly reign in things and get them under control, while ensuring our satisfaction at every level. She was very supportive and accommodating to all our ideas and requests, even though it was in the last minute. She helped us with everything right from finding venue, to decor planning, and finding a photography team that works for our budget and expectations. Wow, where do I begin? Prarthana was my lifesaver for the wedding. She was so professional, caring, energetic, and very creative! She was super easy to work with, and I always felt calm after I discuss some of the concerns that I had with her. She was the best coordinator that I could have asked for. My wife really liked working with Prarthana as well. Her assistants also did a great job of helping out throughout the night. What I truly appreciate about Prarthana is her professionalism and communication. I appreciate her making it clear when she will be available to respond and letting me know her "office hours" from the beginning, which I found was not very common among the planners and coordinators. I also love how Prarthana is aware of the current trends of wedding and some traditional elements. But I also love how she is not a very pushy person, but rather approaches it as a suggestion and would tell us the reasons why she thinks this way. Best coordinator I could have asked for!
