I am surprised to see so many positive reviews as ours was sadly opposite. We worked with White mirage on designing our wedding invites and found the process painful due to poor communication and lack of ownership. We had to chase so many times for updates and were made so many empty promises that work would be completed, yet it never was. We’d sometimes be ignored for days unless we kept chasing or calling for updates. Whilst the invite itself was good, we had to make so many tweaks of simple things the designers should have spotted. When we highlighted our poor experience, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service which was really frustrating and is why we’ve left this negative review.

Got our wedding cards designed from White Mirage and the experience was truly wonderful! The quality of the cards is really good and you get what you’re promised. A big thanks to Mrs. Neeti for accommodating us on such a short notice and delivering the cards timely, as promised! Keep up the good work White Mirage!

The team at White Mirage Invites is truly the dream team to work with! They were able to check boxes that I didn’t know I had - from the logo design right down to the animation! They were extremely accommodating with any changes that had to be done mid way. Although I was in the United States, there was no problem with coordination and they were very quick to turn my vision into the most amazing design!

Decision of invitation was a last minute decision.. because due to covid we decided not to give physical invites.. but thn we thought of getting some of the invites for close ones.. so we approached them.. and they delivered us the invites right on time and the way we wanted!! I loved working with White Mirage. They have great communication - they were always very responsive to me. I ordered a digital e-card and a print e-card. Both we SO beautiful. I received so many compliments for them. I loved their work a lot and it matched with my theme. They showed me drafts well in advance for me to spelling check spelling and if I liked the layout. Words cannot describe how professional and efficient they are! I had such a difficult time finding someone who can: 1. Make the design we wanted 2. Produce and ship the cards within two weeks. I would like to thank Neeti and her team for doing a fabulous job with my wedding cards. I’m based in the UK and I wanted something unusual. I came across White Mirage on Instagram and I was particularly impressed by the laser cut cards as I wanted something simple and elegant. I made an appointment with Neeti and I chose the colour and gave her the text. She told me it would take 10 days to produce, which was fine. Neeti sent me the proofs, I made some alterations but nothing major. The cards were well packaged and were in individual cellophane packets. As everyone knows wedding planning and organising your big day can be very overwhelming and all you want is a trust with your vendors who will help put everything together. I am from England and last month (April) I decided I will be visiting Delhi to do my shopping and also buy my wedding cards as I feel India has a lot more variety to offer.
