Vivek walked me through the whole process of design and detail and helped me with various combinations , eventually my event venue was on the out skirts of Hyderabad and they pulled it off very well , I was able to consult them on other aspects and they would help me and guide me on how to pull it off. They did an amazing job handeling events from the house decor , wedding , sangeet , reception , I really loved their sangeet event and how they played around with the lighting which created a grand yet warm feel through out the event .

Yellow Umbrella you guy's are extremely talented and most importantly you guys have a zeal to give the best in what ever budget we have fixed on.. The teams best part is they noted down each and every small detail we liked while designing our wedding decor.. They have changed the entire JRC convention with beautiful cloth drapes as per our choices and the stage was extraordinarly executed with a lot of detailing.we really loved it and are extremely happy that you guy's were apart of our wedding Vivek and Varsha made sure I got the best decor possible and it tured out to be very beautiful Thank you team Yellow Umbrella, you guys made my day.

I wish I could give a negative rating. My wedding was a nightmare ONLY because of yellow umbrella entertainments (Vivek and Varsha). They promised to be at the venue for each and every event but they did not show up for any of the events instead they sent their assistant who had no idea what to do. I was not able to do bridal shoot because I was busy calling them million times before every event. They said they had all the permissions required for sangeet but tired out they didn’t and we had to take permissions at the end time and pay extra since we did it at the last minute. There were no tie backs for the chairs and centre pieces on the table were horrible for the main event (wedding). And the worst part is my wedding mandap was about to collapse during my wedding. So none are f our family members were able to stand on the mandap/wedding stage. No back drop for my sangeet. Cocktail and mehandi decor was so bad. I called them that day morning and literally begged them to come and do something about that about they did not show up. I was so confident and sure that they were going to do a wonderful job seeing their previous event pictures but they did a horrible job in my wedding.

We approached Yellow Umbrella for our wedding decor. My fiancé and I both live in the US while our parents live in India. Varsha and Vivek were extremely patient and always available for late night/ early morning calls with us and multiple visits to our parents’ homes. They are an amazing team and did a really good job of handling every hurdle on the day of the wedding and delivered on their promises and much more. We really appreciate the back and forth consultation and for catering each event to our needs. We highly recommend the Yellow umbrella team to anyone considering them for their wedding needs.

After speaking to a lot of planners, We chose yellow umbrella and we can vouch that they are the best planners in Hyderabad. They aren't commercial like most vendors and actually understand your requirement and work as per the budget. Despite the scarcity of resources during covid, Vivek and varsha have managed to give us a decor that looked stunning. Decor was the last thing I had the bother about during my wedding and I'm super glad to have chosen them! :)

I have approached theses guys for my sisters sangeet and the final output was just amazingly done by these guys. Once we decided on the venue we had a meeting with them and we told them what exactly we are looking for and bang on they gave us more than what we asked for on the final day. Everything was just beautifully put up and my sister was elated to the decor. Varsha and Vivek are amazing at what they do! I had called them just weeks before my wedding because I was not confident with the decorator that we had fixed at that time. I wanted to get married in a temple but that wouldn't suit the weather. This is the only thing that i discussed with my wedding planners. I said, "i cant get what i want so I'm leaving the decor to you". I did not follow up. As soon as i walked into my mandap, my eyes were filled with tears of joy. Yellow Umbrella built me an actual looking temple completely filled with gold. The decor had just red and white flowers (the favourite colors of my husband and me). It was intricately customised that reflected our thoughts. They even made sure that the decor goes with what my husband and i were wearing. That touch of love is very important for a client as we leave everything in the hands of event managers who design the most important day of our lives. It wasn't just the wedding but the engagement and sangeet as well. Engagement was intimate and it was a beautiful decor filled with birds made of coconut leaves. I've not seen that kind of a decor. The sangeet was a literal fairy tale. Every inch of the venue was filled with lights! I felt like i was walking into a pool of millions of fire flies. They made my fairy tale wedding come true having sleepless nights. My family and i are extremely thankful not only for giving me a beautiful memory but also being budget friendly.
