Had a very disappointing experience with Zartari. They gave us the saree without pico and without any finishing, threads came off from the end of the saree. While collecting the saree when we raised this concern to the staff, the owner was also present but didn’t care and just walked off from there as if their job is done since the customer has already paid money for the saree. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and just want to sell off their average looking sarees at a very high price. Very rude, incompetent and arrogant staff. Jahnvi called us when we posted review and was asking why we posted negative review. Google reviews are there to share experience, make other people aware and this should be taken as a feedback by the owner, staff. If so many people are posting negative reviews about customer service then please show some professionalism and IMPROVE your customer service by paying attention to what customer says and wants.
