Extremely bad experience I had with Aanchal. I had asked her to prepare trays for my ceremony and what she created was an absolute disaster. I requested her multiple times to send me a picture of what she's creating but not a single one I received. As I was getting anxious I asked her to cancel part of my order which she happily did. After the cancellation she refused to give the trays to my place which she initially promised me to but that was also something I ignored. Right few hours before the function is when she asked me to collect them and they were terrible. In no way I could have given that kind go things to my guests. Do not rely on her or her designs! Its a scam!

I had the first engagement platter designed by them and they did a brilliant job in creating something really beautiful. Ever since then, every occasion all ring platters and hampers come from them. The principal designer not only understands your style but creates something innovative and unique which is her USP. Get the most creative packaging if you want your events to stand out. Highly recommend.

Lovely experience, got some hampers customised to my theme. Very beautifully she incorporated the theme and style i wanted in the hampers, gave thought to minutest of details and color combinations. Super satisfied. Good luck to team aiszel for their future endeavours. P.s very cute name though:)

I shared my ideas with AISZEL and was very satisfied with the outcome of the ring ceremony platter which I got done. Aanchal- the owner and artist behind this start up was very accommodating in making few changes even while making the ring platter. Overall i would give 5 star rating based on presentation, quality and value for money.
