Got my mehendi from here for my wedding day. They did a great job at putting henna. It was absolutely beautiful and I loved how the colour turned out. They were very patient during the entire process and were very friendly. Recommended.

Wedding shopping isn't a cakewalk. Anyone who has done the rounds of Karol Bagh, Chandni Chowk, GK, nit to mention the malls, boutiques and anything and everything that anyone suggests, knows the harrowing journey of finding that perfect bridal dress. For me Khanna uncle with his 'on your face' frank and experienced suggestions were what my father would have said to me if he were there with me. He nudged me to be bold, to try a heavier lehenga when I was being the timid millennial unwilling to bear the literal bridal burdens. Ans I thank him for that rude admonition at wanting some tapered down saree, for shaking me out of my reluctance and embracing the bridehood-the once in a lifetime feeling. Having dressed generations of brides, Shivaani Khanna is the wonder woman at Anarkali. I would not have imagined the splendour of the those colours on me had she not brought them alive for me. Her suggestions help ed me sift through the otherwise endless choices that confuse the to-be-brides. The day of my wedding was the happiest day of my life , all thanks to Khanna uncle and Shivani. Went there fir my trousseau shopping, had a horrible experience the owner doesn’t know how to treat customers. he will only try to push his choices to you and if you don’t like his recommended designs or options he will simply mock you. He claims to have copies of all the designers and yet his work is very average. There are no tags on the items and they will change the price when you will like something instantly.

I got my wedding outfit from anarkali and I really liked their services. Collection over there is nice and everyone loved it too. Price was not an issue and at anarkali you can get whatever you want. Staff was patient and helped me choose the best outfit!

Buying your wedding lengha from the heart of Karol Bagh is a very daunting thought, but the selection that Anarkali offers is honestly amazing & as soon as I saw the lengha I knew that it was perfect for me. She is ready to demean all other stores..you name it and she is ready with some bad words for all of them. She has the audacity to compare her work with the world known designers. Her father and she kept on arguing with each other throughout... No respect for customers. I wish to never return this store.

Very bad experience Spent 3 hrs for finalising engagement lehnga, and just while making payment and finalising tussles design the father lost it and starting misbehaving Literally asked us to go and shouted at his daughter. So I wasn?t even present for my bridal outfit shopping because I cannot travel to India before my wedding month. But my mom and my fianc selected the outfits for me. The shop owner is a gem of a person with a very kind heart. The uncle completely understood our situation and helped to select the outfits after knowing about my preferences, my likes and dislikes. He has a zillion of lehengas to choose from. Every outfit is unique and beautiful. You would want to buy everything from that store. He did not stop my family from video calling me. All his help and assistance actually helped me a lot in deciding on my wedding outfit. Other vendors don?t even let you video-call. But this uncle did not mind that at all and worked with me and my family in order to help us. May patents loved their shopping experience here. Highly highly recommend. Worse customer service, the owner is an arrogant fat toad who copies desingers then calls their work ugly. He said he doesnt like dealing with NRI's yet when a group of locals walked in he humiliated them, we walked out in disgust. Its a very run down and dirty shop which i do not recommend.

It's the best shop to buy your wedding outfits and sarees from and I had already got my lehenga from a different store and I regret doing that. Anarkali has a beautiful collection and an amazing owner as they deal so well with their customers. They are both very friendly and do understand what client actually wants. I got 2 sarees, one for my wedding trousseau another one for my mother. Talking about the price range its better than any other stores you would get in South ex, Chandni Chowk or any leading designer and the collection is 10 times more than you get in any other store or designers. In one words its a simple store with quality products and good price range. Also, do not forget to buy banarasi saree from them, its a steal

Since, I was going to have a beach wedding, I was looking for a wedding lehenga which didn't weigh tons. When I entered the Anarkali store, I fell in love with this lehenga, which was a beautiful peachy orangish color. It did not weigh me down, and really complemented me. While I loved my wedding lehenga that I bought from Anarkali, I do honestly think they?re slightly overpriced. I wanted a second dupatta for my lehenga and they charged me a whopping 20k just because I didn?t order it before with the full set. They sensed my desperation I think. Anyway, the lehenga and the work quality was brilliant so no complaints there. They really do have a diverse and beautiful selection so you won?t be disappointed.

Anarkali might be good with its collection , but what really matters is how the customer is treated . The old owner of the shop is too high on his attitude , he is super rude to talk to !! What they are ultimately doing is to copy the designers exactly the same way and yet calling the designers by ugly names "chudail". They do not know how to respect the customer , the bride who goes there with all the hopes gets shattered by the ruthlessly rude attitude of the owner . Such people are disgrace coz they are earning by copying the designers yet not respecting dem and moreover showing their high attitude to the costumer as well . I would never recommend anybody this place coz they really spoil the mood .

Worst Place to buy your wedding outfit. I would have marked a negative rating if it was possible. To my surprise, they hold a 3.7 rating on this beautiful & genuine app but reality is completely different. The owner of the shop is the most disgusting human I ever came across. They don’t know how to deal with customers. The behavior was pathetic. I was out of the shop within 5 minutes of conversation. After inquiring at the neighbourhood outlets, I got to know I am not the only victim. This is very usual for them to hear about a complaining visitor at Anarkali Sarees. I went crazy trying to find my bridal lehenga. I went to all wedding exhibitions, Shahpur Jat, South Extension, and of course Chandni Chowk. I wish I had gone to Anarkali sooner. They have such a wide variety of lehengas, in all shades and all budgets. The stitching takes some time but you don't mind it when the end product is so stunning. They really are the best in the business

I visited a lottt of shops to find my bridal lehenga- right from Frontier to Asiana and everything in Shahpur Jat and I even visited Carma in Delhi and Mehrauli. The collection at Anarkali is honestly the BEST and the most value for money. While other stores only had 2-4 pieces i liked, I ended up liking atleast 10 outfits here and picking up two of them. One was a beautiful peach and gold lehenga for my reception day and the other was an all over ivory and gold lehenga with a peplum blouse for my wedding . Till date people call me and ask me where my outfits are from. The owner Shivani gives great advice on whether you should change your dupatta or what would look good with what etc . If you are someone who has high end taste, but don't want to spend the lakhs of a designer lehenga, you will definitely like Anarkali. Also, while other stores have last years selections, Anarkali has the latest, most on trend collections and the prices are much much more reasonable than other stores. My friends had told me chandni chowk will be the most affordable, but I found Anarkali to be affordable as well as really great quality. The other thing which I appreciate about them is that they take a photocopy of the design you choose, so that when you get the final piece you can rest assure it was the exact same as what you choose. One tip- the store gets crowded very fast during the day and there is limited seating available so go early at 12.00 noon.

When it comes to buying a dress which is close to what you’ve had in mind; different from all your other purchases and that too in a limited budget, shopping can get a lil’ tricky! After quite a few rounds to and fro, I ended up stopping here after a long day and after having browsed a few of pieces of their collection, I set my eyes on what I wanted without shelling too much amount. The shop has been the witness to our family weddings from past 6 years. Mine was the 3rd bridal lehenga we have got from there. It is really difficult to choose a lehenga from this place as every piece is gorgeous. This place offers a scrumptious visual treat. The uncle shows you lehenga not as a shopkeeper but as a family member commenting on whether this piece would suit you or not. Since my shopping here I can't stop mentioning the shop to everyone. Though maximum of the pieces are on the higher end of the price spectrum but they will try their best to show the pieces within your mentioned budget. A must visit place before you finalize your lehenga.

Anarkali has honestly hands down the BEST collection in Delhi in terms of variety. The work is so neat and nice, and not like a lot of other stores in Karol Bagh. Iv been shopping here for a while and can safely say in terms of variety and quality its honestly the best for its price. Moreover they always have the latest collections . I saw the same lehenga in Frontier for 1.5 lakhs which was in Anarkali for 90,000.

Hi, my experience with anarkali was bad.have heard so much about this place , the owner uncle is very pushy and exagerrates a lot. They had good pieces but he was just not letting choose, he was just pushing for things! and once i said i dint like the lehengas which he were showing he became so rude.

Go here only if you wish to be insulted by the owners. Uncle n his daughter are the rudest possible people I ever came across. A bride to be would go here all excited to shop for her big day and they know exactly how to kill her enthusiasm. Extremely disgraceful and humiliating. They sit with their feet pointing towards the customers. Also, they have no price tags on Lehengas. They can quote whichever price they feel like. They won’t entertain you if your budget is under a lakh (bare min)

They don't keep any light dresses for casual occasion. We were disappointed with that. Also even their lowest price outfits are not worth the price.

I had heard a lot about this place and i knew i had to visit before finalising my lehengha. The variety at the showroom is beyond amazing. The owner Shivani was so so patient with me as i just wasnt able to finalise my outfit. I wanted something different and she kept showing me one after another! The moment i saw my lehengha it was love at first sight. The fabric, design, workmanship and aesthetic was perfectly executed... Worth it!!

At first the lady refused to show me any lehengas as I visited the store alone! She said she would show me if I come back with my mom/relative intending to buy. When I finally convinced her that my wedding was close and i totally intended to buy, she showed me a few which mostly looked like cheap imitations. I wanted to buy a lehenga under a lakh and I couldn't find anything impressive here. Maybe above a lakh the collection is better. But go here only if you wish to be insulted and spoil your day! I always wanted a traditional look hence the green and red on the wedding lehenga but I wanted a pop of colour and that is why the lehenga has a hint of turquoise. The bead work on it was amazing. My reception look was demure but pretty. I am a big fan of kotis and the Pakistani style of long tops and a skirt &ndash; so that was easy!</p>

<p>For my outfit, I didn?t go for the usual red and gold, I was inclined to have something unique and was interested in incorporating pearls in my outfit thus the final choice was the mint and pink lehenga. My search for the perfect lehenga finished within two hours ! Loved their stuff !</p>
