Manish Tripathi the designer at Antar Desi deserves a standing ovation for his professionalism, dedication, and humility! I have yet to see a designer who is this sincere in pleasing his clients. Customer comes first...that’s his motto. He spent enough time with us making sure we were comfortable with the styles we had picked. Delivered everything perfectly. Then we made a mistake giving him a size and yet, without hesitation, he graciously said, “Don’t worry ma’am, I’ll fix it for you. I’ll make you a fresh piece!” I don’t think there are entrepreneurs like him anymore. Add to this talent in designing the best bandhgala outfits for four men in the house for a wedding, he sketches beautifully. Of course I’m very impressed with him as a designer but most of all he has won the heart of my family by simply being a great human being.
