If you would like to be ghosted for days after placing the order, like to get your items lost after you have procured items for them and want to do literally everything yourself then yes please hire Bhanupriya as your gifting partner. I would say this has been my worst experience with any company, let alone a gifting company. This review is not about the materials she used for packaging which were okayish (gifting items were anyway procured and delivered to her by us) but about the kind of services Bhanupriya has offered, her communication during the whole process and overall experience. This review is about her and her companies integrity which is non-existent. Once you have placed your order (read paid money), Bhanupriya will only talk when she wants, always over commits and never delivers. You can keep calling her for days, drop her texts but expect a radio silence from the other end (utterly disappointing). Secondly, half of the boxes didnt have items we had asked for. We only got to know about this when we received the packages. Bhanupriya made no efforts to resolve the issue and upon asking all she had to say that she didnt find any items in her warehouse. She even had the audacity to say that online reviews doesnt really matter to her but I guess after you have made all the payments, leaving a honest review is all one could do and here I am. I could go on and on but I have tried to limit talking only about the my biggest pain points in the process. If you still plan to hire them after reading this, I can assure you nothing but loads of disappointment!!

Pathetic service, poor communication, arrogance and no accountability of timelines and deliverables I have had a nightmare of an experience with this company and its co-founder Bhanupriya as they ruined my son’s 1st birthday favours boxes as some items went missing from the boxes and there has been no concrete explanation of how/what happened. The audacity was when Bhanupriya said ‘your one review is not going to make any difference to our company and our social media team can handle that’ Out of the many boxes I had asked to ship 13 boxes to London out of which none of the boxes received Saffron boxes which was one of the expensive goody in the gift box.We don’t know where they went missing. We received the boxes in such tardy shape.When we reported this to B-gift that their bubble wrapping wasn’t sufficient they instead blamed us that we asked courier company to remove bubble wrap to reduce costs and they had done their job well. So Once the boxes are out of their facility they wouldn’t even ask you if they have reached you or anywhere at all. The whole point of using a gifting service is to outsource everything and not having to worry about the gifting side of things but you will have to follow up with everyone yourself, their design team, the guys who will parcel or ship your items, Bhanupriya will just message you for the payment and now it’s customer’s headache to ensure if the boxes are reaching them or anywhere. I had placed order to ONLY pack my goodies nicely into boxes for my Son’s 1st birthday favours. Just after the goodies reached their warehouse Bhanupriya stopped picking calls or responding for 5 days straight and after that too she just responded with a message. She took 12 days to JUST pack my goodies all of which I had ordered to her warehouse and now when they are delivered with MISSING items she hasn’t done any due diligence or provide proofs as to where those items went missing and even provide any refund or even fix the issue. Small business like these bring a lot of shame to fellow business owners as they ruin your special occasion and also your trust. Edit: This review was edited on 8 March’24. Although we have not been able to locate the missing items yet giving the benefit of doubt to B-gift on their request. Edit: This review was again edited on 11 March about the bubble wrapping fiasco of the boxes to be shipped to London as B-gift said they had done their job well and things happened beyond their control once it left their facility. Ironically,We the receipients are blamed for the missing bubble wrap.

I came across B-gifts on social media and connected with Amisha as I wanted them to do the room hampers and the Bhaji hampers for my daughter’s wedding in December’23. I had many brain storming sessions with Amisha and together we decided the color, theme etc for our hampers. I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and dedication these young girls showed in their work. It was a great experience and I am very happy with the hampers they made for us. We received a lot of compliments for them. I will definitely use their services in future too. I wish these enterprising girls all the very best and will always be rooting for them!
