Be it the contract negotiation, pre-wedding and wedding shoots and the final videos that were delivered, everything is of the highest quality and just absolutely perfect. From the very start of our dealings, Saurabh was very patient with me and my family, answered all our questions and doubts and was kind enough to share tips and suggestions for choosing the right wedding photographer even before we had finalised our contract to work with him. Once we finalized the contract, the payment process was very seamless. Even when my wedding was postponed by 2 months due to COVID lockdowns, Saurabh and his team were very accommodating about the date change. One thing I really like about the team at CamCatches is that they are all very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My husband and I were struggling to decide what to do for our pre-wedding shoot. Saurabh had some great suggestions and he even helped us pick our outfits, which was very nice of him. At the pre-wedding shoot, both my husband and I were very camera shy, so the team patiently guided us and eased us into the whole process very effortlessly by cracking jokes and taking different takes and actually made us enjoy the whole shoot. At the wedding, the entire team was very punctual, professional and respectful and they were able to capture all our wedding events and the religious ceremonies so well without bothering any of our guests and without ruining the sanctity of the whole wedding by not constantly asking people to pose. And result is the absolutely beautiful candid pictures and videos that they have been able to shoot. When I watch them now, it takes me right back to that very moment at the wedding. The trailer and the short film they have delivered is of a great quality and very well edited. It’s like watching a movie where you are the main lead. They also took way more pictures than actually promised in the contract and were kind enough to share all of them.
