I was so worried about quality and quantity of food but they score full marks in all weather it is food quality, taste , service or presentation . Unprofessional people ,on a party from 6 to 10 pm, , they were on road with food till 9:15 pm . if anyone want to kill the show hire them . don't know how they got license to serve this way Beware of this caterer! Their inability to deliver food on time ruined our event. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a more reliable caterer for your special occasions. We would have stopped this here if you did not blame us for atleast a payment defaulter and would have learned not to spoil another happy moment. But no you again stoop low and now its payment. I think you forgot your own payment policy where u take more than 50% of payment before the event and rest 50 at the beginning and let me tell you when I say in the beginning you do not even wait to start and keep on giving payment reminders every 10 min. In nutshell I appreciate this strategy because its really working well for you guys because you are done with the show by taking full payment even before start of it and if any disaster happen how does it matter to you. You scored your returns. Let the consumer handle. One more thing you people never take any RTGS or account transfers always demand for cash payments so that further tax savings can be done. And you really push for this. So now brief me entire lay out our event that you successfully spoiled and make us laughing stock in front of our realtives who travelled from other towns just to be part of this but…. 1-We agreed to finish decoration part in the morning only because you had three big shows to run that day and in complete lack of manpower so we understood your stand approached our CFM to allow you start even a day before not even caring by the time our function will start we might not have that decoration we were paying you for. But you are showcasing this your promptness rather than manpower shortage and pushing consumer to accept this because we were informed at the last moment and had no option but to go ahead. 2- Decoration that we were paid you for not even got half of it. Your own vendor was not even aware of what he supposed to do. And you for hardly approachable as you were running big weddings of some thousand ppl and ignored small gathering of 70 ppl. And you blame us for slow responses. I will be showing the call logs for you and your owner that how many times we tried to approach you and how many times you picked our call. We wanted to inform discuss share and to know your actions but where were you. Now we have reported you on portal and you have a false fabricated reputation to save you became responsive. 3- You hiked our per head cost we wanted to had Tilla Kulfi in our desert menu saying you have to bring entire chiller and other stuff so we agreed to pay you. But did we get Blinkit ordered Kulfi that to not even 70 some 15-20 . And you served when you saw half of guest has gone. And it between all this chaos your guy present over there kept on reminding us about payment. We have & already shared with your owner on whats app pictures by us. Will share again because I guess you did not notice before. BEWARE OF THESE PPL IF THEY SAY TILLA KULFI BE READY TO GET BLINKIT ORDERED HALF MELTED KULFI. 4- We choose premium menu and you told us that Tea and coffee both will served but till 8 clock your machine was not ready and guest were forced to hv soft drinks and to mention tea was not even served, but we paid. 5- You shared pic of live counters but did you mention that these were not the only counters we paid you for. We paid you for three more counters where are those. Can you share those counters pics as well. No you cant because there was none. 6- If asked you and paid you for Rabri Jalebi I got only burnt Jalebis no Rabri at all. I paid you for Tawa Veg I got mix Veg. And list goes on. My half of guest left without meal because you were unable to serve not even by 9 pm . And when we refused to pay you rest of balance which was some remaining 40%. Not without having a proper talk with you – YOU CAME TO OUR SOCIETY ANNOUNCED WITH GOONS AND CREATE NUSIANCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. NOT EVEN WAITING FOR NEXT DAY TO SIT AND TALK AMICABLY. BUT I MENTIONED EARLIER THEY ENSURE THEIR RETURNS. TO HELL WITH CONSUMER AND THEIR FUNCTION. I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION WHEN WE REFUSED TO PAY THEM AND SAID LETS CALL THE OWNER AND TALK FOR THE BLUNDERS YOU CREATED. YOUR STAFF STOPPED TO EVEN SERVE THE FOOD OUR REMAINING GUESTS. SO IN NUTSHELL HALF DID NOT GET FOOD AND REMAINING YOU DID NOT SERVE. NOTE*** ANYONE WANTS TO SEE HOW THEY EXTRACT MONEY DROP US MSGE. WE WILL BE SHARING YOU ENTIRE VIDEO. THANKS MAKE RIGHT CHOICES.

Mr. Jitesh is a clear case of fraud. Ruined my marriage, charged us more than the market, didnt serve any promised food was unprofessional enough to not be present on the function days, wont even pick calls. Never available of calls. Has a habit of over promising and not less but no delivery. Never invite him for any of your special occasion if you care enough to not be ridiculed infront of your family or relatives. He ruined my idea of marriage enough that every function i see now brings back haunting memories of how ashamed my family was by the quality, availability and preparation of food. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, THIS IS GOD's way of telling you please look for other options, even a small resturant near you would do a better job. He took months after chasing to even give a budget, even though higher we believed it might be nice, but on the day of occasion the food served was a horror. I had family from all over India and was ashamed by the way the function panned out. My life is ruined please saved yours. Also, in terms of food this is the worst place to order, food preparation is as bad as it can get. Please save money if i could, i would give him -1000000000 star.

Had tried their services for the first time based on online reccomendations. Absolutely disappointed with their service. In place dahi tikki, they served us McCain frozen tikkis and served absolutely melted kulfis even in peak winters. In place of dal halwa, they served suji halwa. Please don't call them ever, they will absolutely ruin your special occasion. They charge heavily but are incapable of delivering any standard of food at all.
