Had the most unprofessional and disappointing experience of my life. They are sure into this line but don’t know any ethics of this work line. Charged me 1100 per card and in the end they had mentioned the event year incorrectly on every card. (Technically because order was placed in October 2017 and the event is on feb 2018) This should be the high priority of a designer to check the year, because it a mistake which is so small yet so big. In the end the framing rainbows did not own up to the mistake and also asked for extra leaf charges to make the new leaf. Which is epitome of unprofessionalisim and client building. In the end we had to give the card with self corrected year mentioned. Horrible experince ever, not gonna recommend them ever in my life. Out of all that we received an incomplete card with one leaf missing! All in all it was a really bad experience!

Framing Rainbows

As we said this earlier too and saying it again, with our every mail that goes to our clients for approval before final printing it’s always mentioned to go through all the minute details and especially the text before giving your approval, not once or twice but thrice in our records we have this clear statement where we have asked you to check the content thoroughly and you have given your approval to it also. If the designers are liable to deliver the right product then it is a clients responsibility too to check if there is any error and get it rectified. Yes, agreed that it was a silly mistake but like we said this earlier also, these common errors do occur in the rush of designing. If it got slipped of our minds then even you as a client also didn’t care to get it rectified and gave your approval to process the cards for Printing. After a month of delivery, you expect us to give you a fresh set of invites without charging a single penny is not possible or acceptable for us because it wasn’t just our fault completely. To talk about charging you ₹1100 per invite, it was our price for the kind of box and details you wanted and it was the price on which you agreed upon only after that we processed your order. Lastly to say, it’s very simple for the clients to put up such reviews and narrate only their part of the story whereas there are always two sides of a picture and the truth needs to be spoken clearly.
