Sneha did an amazing job for my engagement- hair and make-up. I wanted a very subtle make up and she catered to all my requirement. All products used were of high quality and didn't react with my sensitive skin.Sneha's work is highly appreciated and recommended.

So Mrs.Sneha Rajput chased me crazily on Saturday entire day 5th April from morning msgs/called me during noon/again msged around 20hr to confirm that whether I am booking her or not. I told her I have taken quotation from other 3 MuA too. I was transparent to her already that I am looking for 15 ladies package for family and wouldn't want drama, no unhygienic or cheap products, covid test is mandatory. First she acted very sweet, yes sayer once she got the booking amount 4000 she started throwing tantrums that - hair should be dry, no conditioner, ladies should not change in room, we can't use branded products on side ladies it's very expensive blah blah.. Mind you she asked me 1600 for each lady (1k extra already compared to other artists) and wanted travelling too for her team. I read few reviews where it is mentioned she brings her husband to the venue too *eye roll* 🙄 I had other quotations too where MuA team were charging 1500 inclusive of the travelling. I was cooperative enough to say it's very common sense but ladies would be informed about your nuances. You will have separate dedicated room too only for ladies. Sunday 4th April, Covid rules changed in Mumbai and I pinged her on same. After waiting on Hotel protocols, We even planned to cancel our date due to night lockdown but later postponed by 3 weeks. 7th April morning, I told her i am not cancelling on you but we are thinking to cancel wedding itself. She wanted to keep entire 4000k amount,in mere 2 days. Same Evening, when i reached out to her with postponed date and clearly said I would not like to continue conversations..since you claim to be professional just do the job and will be paid 22500 as agreed price,Sneha again started throwing tantrums and drama that I feel offended so my team would be there. I work for brides only, note that - she was perfectly fine till getting the money on Saturday but showed again a tantrum. I clearly said if the work is not upto the level or 'you don't want to work' then refund the money. You can't expect someone to pay for a substandard job. Infact she 'REFUSED' and even KEPT the MONEY. So unethical and unprofessional. I am amazed how shameless people can be in span of 2 days she wanted to keep all money but she refunded 2k. Solely because I mentioned that I have read your negative reviews and would too provide the same, based on my real experience. We have hired all coveted vendors and venue itself is Marriott. All vendors despite being booked a month before didn't behaved so non-corporative as this lady did (booked for 2 days only 🤷♀️) due to the recent night lockdown. She is just a freelancer not even a certified professional as she portrays herself and operates from home. I am glad to not book her for bridal and actually booked a professional MuA in market even at triple the price, she is worth it. Kindly read reviews of her work on ShaadiSaga and other platforms too. Don't fall for trap. I even read in one review that her Instagram pictures are fake. I won't put up screenshot here respecting privacy but anyone can reach out to me. I will gladly share the unadulterated conversation of both side.

I would request my clients for not getting trapped for such false reviews and before judging kindly read the whole story : So, since Ms. Shailaja Singh is here with her review so let me also clear the air. It all started on 3rd April when I messaged her as a routine follow-up with the leads and to check on her if she is willing to go ahead with the booking or not, since I had 2 people coordinating with me for the same date as it’s a season. Since Shailaja was the one with whom I spoke before the other 2 clients. so, as a courtesy I messaged her with regards to her booking as she came 1st in my lead list for the same date. Following up for the confirmation date doesn’t mean that I’m chasing her. In customer service I believe who so ever is working will understand they have to follow-up with their clients. She told me that she already booked with MUA for herself and looking for someone who can do the guest makeup i.e. 10 guest she mentioned to which I quoted her the price of Rs.1750/- per sider, to which she literally bargained to price of Rs.1100-1200 ( she started saying that there are other artist who have quoted 1200 per sider for hairstyle, makeup and draping all- inclusive with Travelling) for which I replied that I can’t work with this price and if you’re genuinely getting this price of Rs.1200 all-inclusive then you can go ahead with booking them. Post to that after sometime she texted me back saying that you are one nearest to my venue and I even loved your work ..to how I wish you could have done my work. To which I said its difficult for me to work with the price you are asking for. Then suddenly she again messaged me saying “ohhhh!!! Its Rs.1500 per sider the other artist had quoted me and not Rs.1200 for hair, makeup and draping see if you can work out in Rs.1500”. She kept on Insisting me to which then I agreed to work on Rs.1600 per sider for hair, makeup and draping as the count of guest were 10. To which she said work for 1500 as my number of guests will increase to 15 ppl. So, after a long conversation on this I agreed to take up the work for the price she asked for. TRAVELLING EXPENSE: To which she said NO (In all my years that I have worked, all my clients have always given me the travel expense which is basic. On top of it I also tried making her understand that due to covid my team is unable to travel through local transport and we are preferring cabs for our safety as well as the client safety). Again, SINCE SHE SAID A NO FOR THE TRAVEL EXP.to which I agreed and said I’ll pay my team if you don’t because I need to keep up with the safety measures. Here also I co-operated with her. After all the above telephonic conversation with her I informed her if she wants to go ahead with the booking for her date, she will have to make an advance payment of 20% of the total as per my working policy. She transferred the amount in the evening i.e., 4k. So, I formed the team of 4 artist for the event and my hairstylist cum draper asked me to convey the message to the client to – ask the guest to bring along the attire, jewelry and other stuff required in the room assigned to us so that they can do the hairstyle and draping together as we only had 2.5 hours for 15 people Rest about the branded products that she claimed. So, for the people I have worked for knows me for using branded products. About the Husband part coming along with me(This is to let everyone kno that My Husband is in Merchant Navy and most of the time not available in India) and I would ask people reading this review if she had already read THE ONLY negative review of mine then why was she booking me??? She could have herself booked another artist I didn’t forced her for the booking ,she was herself chasing me for the booking as she liked my work. Cancelation Policy: If a client cancels the booking, then the advance paid by the client is forfeited. On 7th April Shailaja messaged me to inform that the wedding is cancelled because of covid. so, she was asking me for the refund of the advance. To which I replied that as per my policy it is forfeited but considering the present situation of covid you can redeem this 4k for future service anytime. Onto this she started insulting me and said en-number of disrespectful things which was very hurtful and I couldn’t take it. She all together went to another level of insulting me personally for the advance amount refund. So, I didn’t reply her back and stopped the conversation with her. (I respect my clients but I do have my self- respect over n above) And now the best part after 2 hours of all her insulting and displaying inhumanity towards me she messaged back that the wedding is not cancelled and postpone to 14th May instead of 28th April and then she orders me that you will have to have come for the guest makeup and YOU WILL BE PAID!! I was surprised with the way she got back to me as if I am her servant and she has all the rights to talk to me in this ill-mannered way. To which I sensibly agreed that me and my team will be present at the venue. But asked her that she should have not insulted me in the past conversations as I was being professional with her with regards to my Policy. Now again something happened to her and she gets back showing her aggressive nature and getting mad at me for no reason at all. She went on n on and messaged me saying that if you and your team is not up-to the level of my expectation then I am not going to pay you a single penny for the work done and she also said that she will put a negative review on my wedding portals, so that my client is affected. Now after this behavior of hers via her message I was sure that no matter what however best I could have worked for her guests she would have created a problem for me and my team on that day itself. I was sure she is bluffing me and only interested in getting her refund. She said a lot which was insulting and then I decided I can’t take up with her booking and henceforth refunded her 50% of the total advance amount that she had paid i.e., 2k which was against my policy. But the level to which Shailaja went was so disrespectful and insulting that I guess no one can work for her. I am not behind the money, the reason for holding back the advance amount is because of the policy. This is to let Miss Shailaja know that I work as a Freelancer Makeup Artist as my Passion towards Makeup and Yes, we do give our service to clients at their Venue and not at our home!! Kindly Google Freelance meaning. And come to MY HOME to see my Certificates You are Welcome. EVERY SERVICE HAS A COST, NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD. POLICY IS POLICY, IF U DON’T UNDERSTAND I CAN’T MAKE U UNDERSTAND. Just in case you don’t know I belong to an Affluent Background & I have nothing to do with your FREE MONEY! P.S: All the work pics on my INSTA page (GLITTER AND GLOSS BY SNEHA) is my own work that I have done since years and NOT FAKE PICS so kindly before false claiming on others make sure you do your homework. Sneha is so amazing! I never ended up doing a trial with her, my schedule and flexibility just did not allow me to, but she had such wonderful raving reviews that I trusted it would be ok. And all her reviews were so right! She made me look and feel so gorgeous. Even before I met her, through all my chat exchanges with her, she was so professional and so nice! Sneha did an excellent job on my d-day. I am beyond happy that I had my makeup and hair done by her. I wanted a stunning eye makeup and she did a beautiful job with my eyes. Also I wanted a simple and not so shiny look which is exactly what she did on me. She is friendly and understands your needs. I would definitely recommend her.
