Pathetic is a small word . The owner is psycho & needs a psychiatrist; she shouts on top of her voice . She has no sense of talking and thinks she owns some Taj Mahal . In true sense she needs medical help.

I ordered one outfit from here, when I finalised it, I specifically asked them whether you’ll make the new piece or not as that piece was damaged, most of the embellishments were broken. They gave me a choice of taking that piece in a week’s time or wait for a month for the new piece. I waited a whole month for it. During the trial, they handed over the same piece, embellishments broken and the fitting was also not done. So I asked them to refund or let me buy anything else from the store as I didn’t have time to get anything made. The staff was so rude, they kept saying that the piece was new. If the piece was new how come the work was broken and damaged and the sharara was dirty. They also sell used clothes, all copied from big designers. One staff on a phone call admitted it that this is the same old piece but he didn’t accept in the store as it will come on his job. Next day I tried to talk to the owner, she was so rude, kept on saying you can do whatever you want, I won’t refund neither I’ll let you buy anything else. She bad mouthed me in front of her staff as well. I even asked the same staff that you yourself said it was an old piece, he denied everything and said you forced me to say all this. Please don’t buy anything from this store . They still have my advance. This owner earns money by taking people’s advance not by selling outfits. This place should shut down. I just saw all the similar reviews on google. Please guys take this review seriously. Don’t fall for this scam! Lastly all the 5 star rating people are either their staff or family members as the same people are reviewing them everywhere

I never knew Pitampura had such an amazing showroom where one can get everything from bridal lehengas to simple suits and sarees. They have a versatile collection and the prices are simply amazing. I doubt one can find such amazing designs and quality work at such pocket friendly prices anywhere in Delhi. It’s a must visit showroom for wedding shoppers

Very poor service ! The way they deal with the customers is pathetic … They gave my sister a dress that was all black what they show is not actually what they deliver …. Very bad experience and on top of that din’t even refunded or exchanged the product Won’t recommend anyone
