One of the most important aspects of the wedding are amazing pics cause that is the best memory that one has.Jake and his team were amazing cause they were very sweet with my family and guests. They made them smile and captured some super clicks. Post the wedding they were spot on in giving me the pics and the editor was very cooperative and gave me a video just like the way I wanted. I've been so happy with the team. They gave me JUST the video I wanted. Peppy and emotional at the same time. I was very finicky about choosing the correct people for doing my photography and video right before the wedding.. I'm so glad I chose KnV. The staff here puts their heart and soul into working for the wedding. The team was shooting for 18 hours a day for over three days , with absolutely no complaints and a smile on their face. The team on field was extremely friendly while shooting and taking the interviews which made it so easy for everyone to open up and give me the best stories for my special day. I got my deliverables in reasonable amount of time and they had absolutely no issues in addressing each of my comments to accommodate all important people in my trailer / lip dub and movie. Co-founded by one of my college mates - Sheril (Jake), I was always amazed to see the quality pictures shared by them. When the time came to decide on our photography requirements, we were a little confused given the wide array of professionals in this area. Having met a few photographers, I decided to call Sheril for our requirements. The experience with the entire Knots and Vows team has been fantastic. We were doing an arrange marriage so having past memories is something that was missing. Met Sheril when we are in Kindergarten. Although I have memory from when we are 10-12 years old. Sheril was one of the quiet students in the class. You would hardly see him talk to anybody in class. There were couple of years when he sat in the row next to me and that?s how I remember him being so quiet. Sheril left school in ninth grade I think. Years passed by I came to US for my masters. Facebook became popular and means to find old friends. That?s how I got reconnected with Sheril. He was into photography by then. Facebook newsfeed would keep showing his work which I would appreciate a lot. It was so hard to see a quite guy in school capturing everyone else precious moments of life. I guess that answers you need to be quite to observe your surroundings and capture the moments. Few years later I was getting married. I met my husband at my workplace. He?s American by race so we had three weddings to go through. One official one in US, Hindu wedding and Ceremonial wedding in US. I wanted someone to capture precious moments of my life and first thought ran into my mind was Sheril. Although my family gave me couple of more options. My choice was Sheril and I asked my family and husband to look at his photography. Snap of finger everyone agreed with Sheril. I met Sheril after almost 18 years on my wedding Day. We were supposed to meet early for candid pictures but busy schedule and we couldn?t meet up. Sheril is the same old person quiet and serene just like the way I had him in my mind when I was 13. There was no moment to catch up with each other but I guess friends made in childhood click back together very quickly. Sheril was there all day and was the last one to leave at venue with us. Next day I am supposed to fly to US. Sheril swings by at my home to give me photographs so kind of him to do so within 24 hours. We were talking and I tell him I wish I have you to shoot our US wedding. Sheril was like I can do that. Sparkles in my eyes and I look at my husband for his approval. No one can say no after seeing Sheril?s work. Next year we have Sheril in US for our wedding. Sheril visited us with Alistar and Chryslin for a week for our US wedding. They went above and beyond to run around and help us with wedding chores and in between of all this ca[turing the precious candid moments. They just became part of family and helped us till post wedding. We drove in RV to the wedding venue which was two day trip one way. Capturing the moments through Lake Superior, State parks and fall colors was just mesmerizing. Sheril would have not found a bride like me. I would ask him what dress I should wear for given background. How should my hair be? How should be the decorations for photography? I think I drove him nuts but he always seemed quite no matter what and had all answers to ready for the crazy part of me. I would always figure out when he?s clicking candid picture and would end up giving big fat smile. Sheril was so tired that at the end he started saying Harsha quit looking at the camera. And I could have not asked for anything better than Sheril and his crew. The most fun part was next day when we went up to Lutsen Mountain for some candid pictures. God there was a point where Sheril was sleeping on tall junglee grass trying to click our picture holding hands and wanted to get the rings in it. He didn?t give up till he got what he wanted. Hes one of the best to capture your precious moments. He knows what you want even before youtell him. After seeing the video that we got from Sheril all i could think of a fairy tale wedding come true. I forgot all the stress from the wedding day. I fell in love with my husband again after the video.
