Disastrous Experience: Unprofessional Makeup Artist Ruined My Wedding Day I booked Shweta after seeing all these good reviews and checking her insta profile but my experience was horrible. I still don’t know if Shweta Aggarwal actually did my makeup or if she sent her trainee instead. As a bride, your wedding day is meant to be one of the most magical and memorable days of your life. However, my experience with Shweta turned into a nightmare. Firstly, punctuality is key for any professional, especially on such an important day. However, Shweta was shockingly late, leaving me and my bridesmaids anxiously waiting for more than an hour. This delay caused unnecessary stress and threw off our entire schedule, leaving little time for other preparations. I told her I need to get ready by 7PM and she arrived at 5:45PM. I arrived after 10pm at the location, I couldn’t even get proper bridal pictures taken. I explicitly informed her 3 times that because of her my schedule got delayed but instead of apologizing for her tardiness, she seemed indifferent to the inconvenience she had caused. As she began her work, it became apparent that her skills were severely lacking. Her application was amateurish and sloppy. I looked nothing like the vision I had discussed with her. Moreover, her pace was excruciatingly slow, further exacerbating our time constraints and leaving us feeling rushed. The entire experience was a complete disappointment. Instead of feeling confident and radiant, I was left feeling self-conscious and unhappy with my appearance. And my makeup started bleeding after a few hours. She didn’t even use under eye patches while applying eyeshadow, they looked grey and when I asked her for the same she kept repeating that she’ll fix it at the end which she didn’t btw. I strongly advise any future brides to steer clear of Shweta. Her lack of professionalism, poor skills, and tardiness could turn what should be a dream day into a nightmare. Save yourself the anguish and find a makeup artist who truly values their clients and takes pride in their work. Last but not the least, she was quite jolly and helpful when we talked on calls but she was the exact opposite of it when we met in person on the day of my wedding. It was my mistake that I didn’t ask her for her ID; she looked nothing like she does in her display picture. Few days after the wedding I pinged her to share pictures that she clicked of me, I did not get any response and she blocked me as well.

Shweta with her team, made me look and feel absolutely beautiful on all my wedding festivities. Her talent and skill in creating a minimal makeup look aligned perfectly with what I had envisioned for myself. I was initially quite apprehensive about makeup, but she completely understood my concerns and surpassed all expectations. She was extremely patient, understanding, professional.

I contacted Shweta for my engagement ceremony in Bareilly and it was the best choice I made as she is very professional and skilled she was on time fully equipped with branded makeup. My makeup and hairstyle stayed gorgeous all day. Thank you for dolling me up I loved your work. Looking forward for my marriage and reception look by her.

I am still getting so much good reviews about the makeup by the way that it was so clean and natural. And it matched the day theme, the lehenga so much and amplified the whole look. To this day my cousins are like nhi ye ananya to nhi thi & 5:05 PM Again thank you so much and would definitely definitely recommend you to everyone i know literally

Shweta gave me the perfect bride look i could ever ask for . I had my wedding at Corbett and it was getting tough for me to get an artist for me . It was a day event so i was quite concious about my day makeup look . Although it was not easy for me to choose from a long list of artist , but as i went through Shweta’s portfolio and connected on her instagram , it gave confidence to proceed further . It was the one of the best wedding decision . She gave me the perfect day wedding look . It was because of her that i was confident for how i was looking . Thank you . You literally made my day .

Shweta is an amazing person and superb makeup artist. I am based out of Indore and my fiancé was in Bareilly.So we decided to have our engagement in Bareilly. I was really worried when it came to MUA as i am very particular how i wanted to look in my engagement with a no makeup look and the city was unknown to me. I was browsing through the app and found Shweta’s profile. The pics shared on her page impressed me and I gave her a call. She is super responsive and very patient. She answered all my queries and shared all relevant details with me. Even on the day of engagement she was very calm in midst of chaos and gave the best look to me and my fiancé without any tantrums.
