She is a fraud ,rude and very unprofessional. I have booked my engagement makeup from her and paid her 29000Rs and the day before my engagement she called me and made an excuse and said she cannot come as she got covid,I have asked her to share covid report which she never did. she said her sister will come for makeup and I asked her to share her profile so that I can atleast see her work,she denied that and instead share few photos saying her sister did those makeup.on the day of engagement she sent someone her name is Simmi who did horrible makeup and when I said nobody liked my makeup and you ruined my engagement,she was not ready to accept it. I checked Simmi's profile(who did my makeup)on Instagram and WedmeGood after the event when I got some time then I realized she cheated me. I did not like the makeup pictures Simmi posted on her profile and price of Simmi's makeup is 14000 Rs for which I paid 29000Rs and when i researched further i realized the photos Akanksha has shared saying her sister who will come for makeup has done that was done by someone else called Aneesha(I think she is her sister) but the lady she sent was Simmi. she knew that I would not like Simmi's work whom she is sending for makeup hence she has hidden her profile from me. i have filed a complaint against her and soon she has to pay for what she did.she might say lot of things here to justify and might have got fake covid report by now but trust me if you want to ruin your event then only book her. @WedmeGood you should block her from your platform,she is a fraud and very very rude and unprofessional makeup artist.

I had an extremely bad experience with her for my bridal make up. Please do not hire her services especially for your Bridal make up. She is Extremely unprofessional, has a very bad attitude,least concerned, least co-operative Make up artist I have worked with. She spoiled my D day completely. Make up was really bad, base was pathetic,eye make up was like as if some amateur person has done it. Had major attitude issues, didnt pay any attention to my draping, hairdo or anything.

Akansha is really sweet and the best MUA I ever met. I am someone who does not carry make up at all. Akansha made this a point and I got a make up exactly how I wanted it to be. I looked natural and only my best features were highlighted. I was fully satisfied and was looking the best I could. I would recommend her to everyone.

She is good at work but if u ask her for some modifications she won't. Firstly, she will not carry extra lenses..I personally experienced that her lense was destroyed ND at the end I had to go for my big day without hazel colour lense. According to the charges, she is not up to the satisfactory level

Akanksha is a good makeup artist and knows her work well. However, she is not a professional makeup artist and does not commit to what she promises. Despite of booking her 6 months ago for my engagement function in Nov, she took 2 more bookings of the same day and promised me that she would manage everything and would be there on time for me. But she was one and a half hour late. My ready time had to be 6:30 pm , but i was ready only after 8. Akanksha did a good job with the makeup but i was quite disappointed by her lack of professionalism and commitment. I was stressed and had to check on her continuously till she arrived. Her main hairstylist also came very late. Only one person from her team came on time but had no equipments to start her work. Akanksha is good at her job but isn’t the best yet.

I booked akansha for my wedding in November. I saw her profile on wedmegood and immediately contacted her. She was really sweet. I was totally happy about my makeup and hairdo. I strongly recommend akansha as she is very professional and experienced mua who really understand the need of the brides. Also, she is very easy to work with and too hot.. (aag he Laga deti h🔥🔥🔥) I was scared at first but then she started doing my makeup and by the time it finished, I became a friend of her and I actually danced on a number. I trusted her blindly and so, all must do. I always had this dreamy image of my look on my big day and akansha did it for me and I can't explain in words how thankful I am...i used to think that I won't behave confidently in my wedding but to my surprise, akansha changed the way I used to think about make up look. I booked Akansha for me and my mother for my sister's wedding functions, there were 3 functions in total. we both looked stunning! She's very good with her work! But the main problem with her is the timing, she's very casual about it. She took 2 bookings for the same day, both evening functions I didn't wanted to take a risk so I asked her to cancel my booking for the 3rd day but she refused n promised me that there'll no problem she'll manage and be there by 6.30-6.45pm max, but ended up coming at 8.20pm. She told me that she'll send the hair stylist first by 6pm so that we don't get late, but even the hairstylist came with her! Our whole function got spoiled because of it, we reached around 11pm. We missed our own function because of her casualty. P.s - She's very good with her make up, but make sure you discuss about everything in advance n she doesn't take any other booking for the same day.

I feel responsible to give a review on Akanksha's poor professionalism (I'm yet to try her work). Akansha kept me on hold for 2 weeks after confirming my booking while her ifsc code didnt work for me. Two weeks later she informed me she is booked elsewhere as I didn't transfer her the advance. May I remind her, it was her ifsc code issue. Wont recommend her as she is capable of backing out and cant be trusted!

I got my engagement makeup from Akanksha last month. It was amazing ! Everybody loved it. My mum also got her makeup by her and it was totally on point !! And her hairstylist - Vimi was absolutely stunning with her work. There was just a glitch because of timing issue, but at the end everything worked out well. One of my friend recommended me akanksha. Initially i was sceptical about my look in wedding, however the final wedding look she gave was jaw dropping. Not just me but my husband was also very particular about my wedding look and also being a no makeup person it was very difficult. Every bride who doesn’t want to spend hours and hours over a makeover and still get a dead gorgeous makeover, than you should book Akanksha!!!
