If there was an option of giving worst reviews that will probably stop their business, I’d put all my effort into that because these guys are the biggest frauds! They are available only till the time they need the business and up until the final payment; after that they are completely MIA. Harry, Anushka and whoever owns this business are only minting money for their own sake! I hope changing their name to ‘Artless Wedding’ doesn’t give them the right to dupe more people. It’s been nearly a year now and the entire team is missing when it comes to deliverables but absolutely available if they need business! Update - On reading honest reviews about their complete lack of professionalism and delays on deliverables, the team pretends to reach out, does 1/2 calls and promises again to deliver - then creates a WhatsApp group where no one reads messages for 7+ days also and no one again receives calls, not even sure if contacts added in the group exist and belong to this company In case anyone wants details and wants to test genuineness of my reviews, please reply and I’m happy to share my experience with evidence so that no one else has to deal with this unprofessional team and their approach - We would definitely not recommend Artless weddings/ emulsion (previous name) - had a very poor experience While they ensured all the shoots during the wedding were comfortable and also delivered the pictures within a month as promised - everything since has been a downhill experience. The first cut of wedding video shown was very delayed and poorly edited - transitions were not smooth, brides dance was missing, no clips and interviews of friends which were contractually committed - after explaining the needs they said they will come back with revised video which is allowed as per contract also but till date there is no sign of the final video, raw videos, coffee table book or portraits And the worse part of this experience is blatant lack of regards for a customer - no replies to repeated messages/ mail/ calls, even official numbers of Harry and Astha are never received although they ring - once in last 5 months someone picked up and said he is newly joined and has no idea and post that no communication again Would genuinely request you to check their google reviews also (similar experience by others also) and not engage with vendors who do not ensure a good experience despite taking 90% payment before deliverables are handed over

Have been a great experience with the team emulsion, thank you so much for the stunning pictures and the amazing content!! The best decision ever to choose te team on my special day.

If I could give the rating in negative, I would. Harry, the owner of Emulsion covered our wedding and has been unreachable ever since. His team member were sweet enough to give us some digital photos but he kicked all of them out and started ignoring our calls. It has been more than a year I have been calling him everyday for albums and photos. He even has 18k additional amount from our end which was supposed to be refunded. Overall don’t go via these feedback’s and please don’t book emulsion for your wedding. It’s a horrible experience reaching out to Harry once you have given him the money!!!!

Extremely pathetic and ill-mannered people to deal with. Their account here is a sham and a scam. Their team members write fake positive reviews. Their team members respond rudely and make false claims as replies to couples who have written a negative review here. Please talk to their customers on Instagram. Everyone will complain of having a traumatic experience dealing with them. Please do not communicate with Ms. Anushka Singh in the team, she is unprofessional, very impatient. They took our money, ignored us just 1 month before our wedding and did not even give us a refund and still have the guts to make false claims to fool other people. Surprisingly their replies to all negative reviews here are the same - we are awaiting the final payment. Easy to put the blame on the couple who trusted you guys with their wedding photography and are now regretting about it.

Hope my review covers most of the key words so less people fall prey to the antics of this fraudulent company. The positive reviews you see are from “The Emulsion” team themselves - anushka singh, Vaibhav, priyanka are all emulsion people we have talked/interacted with. Divyanshu seems to be the only decent person there - however he is spineless and his words mean nothing especially considering everything works as per Harry - who will not pick up your call if his life depended on it. This all might seem exaggerated but trust me it isnt. They will stop answering your calls once the payment is done. They will read your messages but wont respond for days - ignore your calls - and still talk rudely, arrogantly, and wont take any responsibility. If you dont trust me - please review their replies to their customers. Or ask around to the couples on their insta. Pretty sure 4/5 will give you a bad review about them. Please please dont fall prey to them. Avoid all the hassles and safeguard your mental peace Their owner promised a full refund but didnt. Promised proactive communication but didnt respond for days. The emulsion is irresponsible and traumatic to deal with.

Harry from The Emulsion is an absolute gem! From the first consultation to receiving our final wedding photos, the entire experience was seamless and incredibly enjoyable. His attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of our special day surpassed our expectations. Choosing The Emulsion, and having Harry as our wedding photographer, was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Extremely traumatic experience dealing with the people in Emulsion. Please reply or get in touch with us @ sohamanushree@gmail.com to get honest reviews on this team. Hopefully nobody suffers with them again. To start with, the owner, Mr. Harry is extremely unbothered with client requests and concerns once you pay him his advance. He is not involved in the wedding photography department at all and claims to be busy with commercial shoots. He barely responds to calls or messages and does not even return calls. In addition, his tone of speaking is something you would not want to deal with just a few days before your wedding. We have to get in touch with him via Mr. Divyanshu or Ms. Anushka Singh. These are mere employees of the firm and hold no decision making power unless it is collecting money from the client. Avoid making any decisions with Mr. Divyanshu or Ms. Anushka. It wont lead to anything concrete. To add to this, the entire team only responds to you until you book them and before they get their advance money. After which their attitude changes drastically and none of your doubts would be entertained post that. If you are being promised pre wedding meetings with their photography team, post wedding discussions for editing ideas please do not fall for it. They will plan nothing of that once you pay them the advance. We booked them for our wedding, after which faced extreme negligence. Mr. Harry promised us a full refund of our advance as we were not happy with their behavior just 4 days post paying them their advance. He ended up denying the refund later. We had to make around 50 calls a day to get even one of it answered. Ended us getting only 50% of a very hefty advance paid. Extremely stressful situation for the entire family. Kindly avoid booking or dealing with The Emulsion for any kind of work. Especially Wedding Photography.

Extremally poor service! Its been 7 months and we have still not received the albums and complete repository of the photos. We have had to repeatedly follow up with their teams for the deliverables, and they have been late for every single one of the milestones. The last deliverable is yet to see the day light, its already delayed by 3 months. The team keeps promising new dates and keep missing them. Since the last promise they have now stopped replying and/or responding back. Will not suggest them to anyone
