Not satisfied with the work. I had paid 90,000 and I didn't get the kind of pictures i wanted. The camera man didn't give the right instructions. Wedding videos are not of good quality. They shot from inappropriate angles not correctly capturing the moments. One of the photographers arrived at 9pm. The drone Operator said his battery was dead within hours. Highly dissatisfied.

I got married to Sneha in the summer of 2019, at Kolkata. Being originally from Delhi, I had close to zero information on the photographers/videographers in Kolkata. I am still not sure why Wedding Creation rating is above 4 despite the poor service they provide. I wrote the reviews in details previously but looks like It's not exist anymore. I have hired this company last year for my marriage photography and it was a painful experience , I have initially in conversation with Shazil but He never met me in Person instead he send another guy to represent after long explanation that he is busy later he said he is sick blah blah .. Now the person he appointed to cover the whole marriage was not there in marriage when Ceremony started can you believe it ? I was so tensed and called both of them like 100 times .. and they never picked up the call on that night , and whole photography handled by couple of amateurs they sent to bride side in morning. In short I wanted to warn everybody , Please don't fall for rating appear here on this website or their words. There is no negative rating otherwise i would have prefer that instead of 0.5.

Hello Everyone! We had our wedding on 21st November 2017 in Pc chandra and we chose Wedding creation for covering our wedding. We came to know about the work done by Shazil and his team through WedMeGood and after going through his work and meeting him personally in kolkata, we decided go with his team as they were the ones who heard out what we required from a photographer and how our wedding must be shot and shazil seemed very comfortable and polite and came up with ideas on the spot(which were pretty good!) Our pre-wedding shoot was shot in Cherrapunji in Meghalaya and shazil flew down from kolkata to cover the same. We just had a days time and shazil made the most of it starting from doing late night shoot on the day we arrived to waking up early morning to catch the rising sun and clicked stunning shots.we are not camera-friendly people but shazil made sure we felt comfortable in front of the camera and was patient enough to make us pose. Finding reliable photographers with an artistic vision in India was difficult from US. However, that quickly changed after my first interaction with Shazil and juhi . Together this duo have taken breathtaking photos and created a cinematic short trailer of me and husband (then fianc) for our pre-wedding shoot in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Since we are from the states we had little to no knowledge where to start in kolkata . However the Wedding creation team took the lead to start coming up with a concept with us many months before the actual shoot .Shazil and I had many conversations on what my vision was and he understood right away what I was looking for - but of course with a Wedding creation touch!! Being a person who doesn?~@~Yt like to be photographed and marrying my better half who loves to be photographed meant that the photographers documenting our wedding had to be extremely patient, creative and good conversationalists to distract the subjects being captured :) My husband and me selected Wedding cretion without much hesitation after looking at their portfolio on social media. We connected with them about 8 months before our wedding date and their response to all our questions with us being in US time zone was pretty impressive. The trip to Bangalore for an entire day of photo shoot first felt daunting to me more than my husband (yes I couldn?~@~Yt quite understand how we could spend an entire day with an aim of being photographed!) Surprisingly it did not feel as tiring as we imagined it. We talked about a range of topics from politics to photography business amidst the pretty crazy photo sessions. Before i start i want to tell that without Weddingcreation , our wedding would not have been half as colourful as it seems now! Ok, so it all started with me searching for a prewedding photographer online and asking my married friends about reviews of their photographers. I contacted all of them and talked personally, but none seemed to hit the bulls eye (Either prices too high or work unsatisfying). It was @ Weddingcreation which made us feel absolute secure of the consequences! I . Our prewedding video & photos was a novel in itself, starting with 20 scenes with too ambitious expectations, which was put into effect by juhi & Shazil improvisations. Could'nt hv asked for more !!! Working 2 days nonstop was superfun in Pune. Then came the sangeet and wedding day. Capturing the most hidden emotions all throughout the function was enthralling. Shazil U were like the man behind a mask working solitary in shadows (yeah Batman definition):P. People have been impressed in and out by your work no doubt. Reviews happen after the work is done, but reviews do happen basis the experience as well. Your reply shows how respectful you are that 3 persons those 3 persons include my parents as well. People who are unaware of the industry will ask what the difference is and mocking about this is serious insanity and unethical behavior. Lets come to professionalism, when we are negotiating terms so call professional photographer is saying that this may happen that I can be 2 to 3 hrs late as well for the venue so at time this will also be a problem to you people. Please help me in understanding that an event like wedding can't suffer 2-3 hrs of delay so that professional people can come and do their job. As a reply to my brother's question of difference between candid and traditional, (Karwa ke dekh lo), sorry to say we interacted with many good photographers and they explained as well. May be your banner only works for those who understand this terminologies. Better put the caveat that people who are aware can work will works best. Your worst photographer will do a best job than any other photographer has been replaced here by you that we can get the work done by our family Pohotographer. Statemment is put here onlty so let me tell you please keep your suggestions what can we do or not. There is a very renowned statement " I am good is confidence but only I am good is overconfidence and attitude" Entering our place you felt the vibe that you can't work as our house was getting renovated. so that would not have live up to your high set of expectation. If we were not able to understand then would not liked your work as well. We do like good work and can understand as well and we don't have to justify that as well. We don't have to think twice, you please think twice that sitting at our place and shouting and illegitimate behaviour was uncalled for, still we maintained our dignity and did'nt stood upto to your level to shout and misbehave with you. Being in a service industry, I must say the attitude of the founder was extremely rude, unprofessional and appalling to me. My sister contacted Wedding creation after getting to know about them from Wedmegood and accordingly, it was decided that Mr. Shazil will visit our house to chalk out the details. Little did we know what was to follow. Since, they got lost on the way, Mr. Shazil was extremely frustrated and literally went through the motions while showing the album he was carrying. Further, he commented that we were fake people and he wont be able to pull off an event for us( probably because he got a higher paying event). He was very loud, and disrespectful to my elder sister and even used unparliamentary adjectives like fake attitude, going on to the extent of saying that we faked our address so that he faces some trouble. Neither is he such an important personality, nor are we such foolish people, probably he thinks of others what he himself is in reality. He even knows that other photographers are not good enough, stating that his worst photographer is better than the best of many, such was the arrogance of the guy.Such a pathetic experience was totally uncalled for, when we were almost going to finalise the entire details. Please be careful while hiring this team as you never know when they might turn against you with the kind of unproffesional attitude they have and spoil your event. Make a wise choice people :) Cheers!
