This was something I was very chilled out about. Since Lakshya's team was covering our event, I was very sure that they will do a great job. But they exceeded my expectations as they were so proactive and professional. They were constantly running around and chatting with people. It was great fun working with the team and most of the "candid" expressions are all thanks to them.
The venue was very important for us as we wanted to move away from a typical Delhi wedding. We stayed away from all 5 stars and commercial farms that do multiple functions in the same day. We chanced upon Amaara Farms and fell in love with its lush greenery and cosy size. The cherry on top was the management there- Shiven and Mr. Benny who became our friends and literally planned everything with us.
To do justice to our beautiful venues, we needed the perfect decor partner. Again we met with many many designers but Vishal & Aaliya from Wedding Duo just read our mind. They designed a very cosy, classy and rustic look for us which was so chic. They were very detailed oriented and did not compromise on anything. The venues looked stunning and the pictures came out gorgeous.
Jasmeet was so much fun to work with. She just takes over and leaves you with nothing to worry about. She relentlessly kept working her charm while feeding me with gossip and food. Also she gave cheekbones! I absolutely loved her work. She gave me very different looks on all 3 days and I loved all of them.
Food is always the heart of every wedding. After tasting close to 10 caterers, we finalized Saltt. We were very impressed with their chefs for alternate cuisines as well as Indian. They designed a very fun and quirky menu for my mehendi while kept the wedding menu more grand and classic. Mr. Manish Balani from Saltt made it happen and pampered us with lots of free tasting dishes before the wedding.
