Neighbouring the ‘Brigade Millennium Apartments & L& T South City', it spreads across two acres of an old orchard retaining the ancient fruit-bearing trees and charming landscaped gardens. The open Halls has magnificent roofing of original Mangalore tiles. Its wall-less architecture makes you enjoy the spectacular view around while providing a great backdrop for truly memorable celebrations.
Space Available
The elegant venue, aesthetically designed by Suresh Babu Balan and Prasad Balan can easily accommodate about 1000 guests. An 800 sqft of the elevated stage is positioned in the middle, flanked by two changing rooms. The Physically challenged and the old guests can witness their loved ones' ceremonies without any difficulty, as all areas in the venue are easily accessible.
- The venue has a three partitioned single floor space interconnected to each other.
- The grand entry area can hold about 500 seats.
- The graceful courtyard with its distinct water bodies can accommodate about 150 seats.
- The dining space can take in about 240 guests for plantain leaf spread and about 350 guests for a buffet spread at a time.

- The Main venue which is an open-air space with red Mangalore tile roofing, accommodating around 1000 guests.
- Vasanthi hall: It is a closed air-conditioned, soundproof venue for up to 200 guests.

This place is not worth even a single star. I would encourage anyone who wants to come here not to take up this place for your marriage or any kind of functions. They have so many rules and regulations that you cannot have your marriage in peace. They don't allow music during your wedding to even have fun or dance or any kind of recreational activities. The management is very arrogant ignorant and disrespectful to their customers and clients. They say this place does not allow music. And do not use their in house sound system. It's is very bad and the speakers don't work properly. Please avoid this place at all costs. The manager and the other people don't respect you at all. They speak to you like you are a slave. The rooms also have timings which puts a restriction on our program and agenda. We cannot be free even during our family function and marriage because of how they treat us like we are in a hostel. Avoid this disgusting place at any cost. They are not at all helpful. You have better places to host your program for a lesser price. Even basic necessities like towel and toiletries are not provided to the rooms. They have a non functional kitchen that doesn't even serve coffee in the morning.

Booked this venue for my engagement. It’s a beautiful outdoor location exactly as per our imagination. Guests were thrilled and the decor was simply stunning. Location is quite central in Bangalore and spacious enough for all activities.would definitely recommend

It is a beautiful open air venue. Suresh sir patiently understood our requirements and suggested the best options. The venue, decoration and everything else was exactly as we had envisioned and we had a beautiful and elegant wedding!

This was one of the wedding venues and I absolutely loved the venue. The ambience was great. The staff and management are really helpful and would go beyond to help you out. The food and decor was amazing too. Recommended.

We hosted our reception here at this venue. It's a really big venue and can accommodate a lot of people,which is a great thing. The staff and management were really cooperative and did a great job at managing the function. Recommended.

We had booked Balan Farms for our wedding and it was a lovely venue. We really liked the decoration done by them, it looked beautiful. Their services were quick and they understood our requirements as well. Manager was cooperative and the whole staff was hard working. We had a great time.

We booked the Balan Farm for our wedding. The service was quick and the food and decoration was perfect. T hey were a little stringent with their timings which one does not expect in a wedding celebration.

It is such a lovely venue. The greenery is a wonderful touch and the cleanliness is also upto the mark. I had my wedding there and we all were so happy. The staff is also very cooperative and well trained and everything went according to our liking. The catering and decoration was also done by them only and they left no stones
