Yesterday, we visited the venue to inquire about hosting our event. Everything was going smoothly until we met with the sales executive, Mr. P Majumdar. His attitude was extremely arrogant. He insisted that we didn't need as many rooms, stating that nobody would attend. He also suggested reducing our event from three days to two. Additionally, he provided a handwritten quote without a proper breakdown and didn't even inquire about which venue spaces we intended to use for each function. His behavior was so rude and audacious that it makes me question why a sales executive would treat any customer this way

Chinmay Resort is a dream come true venue for anyone if they are willing to spend the money for it. Our experience there was amazing and we absolutely loved the place. We didn't mind their pricing because of the area and the facility that was provided to us. Thank you so much. I would surely recommend them to everyone. My wedding was a hit because of you.

The arrangements of food and decor was good but the manager - Mr. Mazumdar was very rude and non co -operative. Overall not a good experience

She is a professional in her work very humble & friendly, she has done a great work as in bridal makeover my entire family was very happy with her work.

It is such a beautiful and huge space to host functions like wedding. Their management team and the staff is so well trained and humble. All of us who attended the wedding, simply loved their services!!
