I booked this venue for my engagement and I must say that I really liked the desicion of booking it , as the catering and the decor was done by them only. And in specific their food was very awesome. Also booking a place is mumbai gets very inconvinent sometimes but i must say that this was a very comfortable location and my guests found this place easy to come to.

I am highly dissappointed with the kind of service I got from Clarion Inn. Following are the rating: Food : 1 Some of the items for which we paid extra like chat were as if they are being served from leftovers of previous function. Noodles were so spicy that nobody was able to eat it. Russian salad's cream was also spoiled. Honey chilly potato doesn't have honey and chilly. Overall food was so bland and lack in proper flavours. Service: 0 I didn't get the proper service from the beginning just after giving the advance. I even tried calling on the service number several times but no response and also my WhatsApp messages were not being handled properly, tired of all these things I had to call the hotel manager to check for the things otherwise weddingz.in manager was not upto the mark in service. While visiting she(Anjali) mentioned that the side hall will also be provided to you but at the time of booking the clarion inn manager (hemant) said that the side hall will be opened if the gathering is more that 150 which shows no coordination amongst your team. Catering service was poor as they were serving only one snack (chapp) probably their other snacks got over even when the gathering was less than what we conveyed. Washrooms were not clean when we arrived and we had to call the Manager to get them cleaned They took like ages to bring a wheelchair for my father only after my brother had to step up again to the manager to complain Decoration: 2 We already had a discussion for an upgraded decoration but what we got was different. In the reply we got that sorry we got confused with the other function we have today. Even the photographer refused to take the potraits there as the decoration was not upto that mark All in all my full function got spoiled, each n every guest complained about it. For me the money got wasted and the complains from the guests. These kind of events happen once in a lifetime and I got the humiliation for the lifetime, I could have arranged a cheaper venue for that kind of service.
