very great place with neat maintenence. i would definitely for large formal gatherings like day outing, bonding activities for your team etc etc but not for the wedding. Their sales team promise all fancy things when you enquire for wedding which they wont fulfill later. Various teams with great miscommunication given that its essential for such a large space and different accommodation. Reception staff is for nothing good. Food is not that great.

Very poor wedding experience due to false sales promises and inadept staff I got married at Dream Valley in Feb 2022. My experience at the venue was extremely disappointing due to the following issues – 1. False sales promises: the sales staff, Mr. Jeevan Asthana, made various promises which the resort later refused to honor (with the reception staff accepting that it was all just sales techniques) – a. Room allocation: we were promised rooms at 11am and hence guests arrived accordingly. But the rooms were not ready till 3pm, and many guests were made to stand in the sun. b. Facilities in the room: the resort was to provide 2 liters of water per guest per day, but they only provided 500ml. They threatened to charge us for all water consumed over and above this, right in the middle of our wedding. 2. Miscommunication within resort teams: the sales team, resort management and catering manager all work in silos with very poor communication within each other. It was very painful to coordinate with multiple people for different things. For example – we had shared the guestlist and room allocation with Jeevan Asthana 2 days before the wedding, and yet, the resort management hadn’t received it on the arrival day for our wedding. We had to stand at the reception after everyone’s arrival to ensure rooms are allotted, and the resort was not at all helpful. Another example – we had to chase the resort team multiple times to get a meeting to decide the menu. 3. Harassment for payment: the resort team had walked in during the wedding ceremony to come haggle for money. They had also called me right before our Sangeet and threatened to not allow us to use our soda (which the sales team had said was okay). The resort even charged us extra for this, in the final settlement bill. 4. Food issues: 25% of the wedding party fell sick with stomach issues post the wedding. The menu was good and the food was tasty though, which makes me suspect the quality of ingredients used. Also, the resort team was completely unapologetic for this happening and blamed us and our menu selection for people getting sick!! The venue is really pretty with good infrastructure, but the on-ground team (especially sales team) made the experience extremely painful, and I would not recommend this as a wedding venue to anyone!

we had our wedding planned in 2 weeks.. dream valley was successful in delivering what they promised.. however I felt the logistics like fans, chairs were limited.

The wedding took place at Dream Valley resort, Hyderabad the place is a perfect with lots of open space it is a perfect venue. we wanted a natural and open space all my events took place outdoor. Dream valley also have there own farm house where my mehendi took place. We did not hired any caterior. There was only one drawback which was the guest management thing otherwise it is a luxourious place.

They are professionals and understand their client's requirement well. they gets involved in everything and make sure of the smooth functionality of the whole team. We wish them best of luck for their new projects.

Dream Valley Resorts is amazingly beautiful and a best place to get married at. Their management is really polite and customer oriented. The ambience and the surrounding makes the venue a best place for wedding!!

best places for an outdoor party, be it in the lawns or beside the pool. I booked them for my sangeet and they gave me a personalized service right from choosing a menu to selecting the decoration that goes with the location and the occasion. best part is they have 4 to 5 different location options depending on the number of guests.
