Exotica - The Tropical Retreatis a wedding venue is the first venture of Parnakuti Resort, a chain famous for its unique look that helps it stand above the rest. The environment at the venue offers a serene, peaceful and an exotic place which is like driving into nature. It is an exciting venue with an outstanding ambiance, a perfect blend for all events like wedding ceremony, reception party, birthday party, sangeet function, mehendi ceremony, private event and social event can be hosted in an excellent manner at the Exotica The Tropical Retreat.

Exotica being equipped with all modern amenities, they have 4 luxurious rooms to provide stay for the immediate family and also for the bride and the groom They also offer two separate venue options, an indoor and an outdoor.
Venue options
Royal Exotica Hall An air-conditioned banquet hall option that has glamorous interiors with all modern facilities which can accommodate 40 people in seating and up to 60 people in floating. Lawn An outdoor venue option is a lush green lawn spread over acres that can easily accommodate a minimum of 500 people in seating and 800 people in floating. It is an ideal venue option if you are considering celebrating your special day under the beautiful sky amidst nature.
##Facilities They offer an in-house decorator who would look after the decor services which will help you enjoy your wedding without any hassle. They will make sure no stone is left unturned in adding the required glam to the venue for your special day.
Cuisines
Treat your guests with a royal feast of multi-cuisine delicacies to choose from in both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. They also permit you to get your own caterer from outside to serve your favorite delicacies to your guests. You can also get alcohol from outside to ensure that your guests enjoy a well-stacked bar.

Exotica is a beautiful place to host your wedding. The decorations add to the natural beauty of the venue and your wedding pictures will say it all. We hosted our wedding here during the pandemic and had a pleasant experience. The management was flexible and accommodating to our needs. Mr. Milind Khot is very humble and was always responsive to our queries and making arrangements.

Exotica is the best venue to get the vibe of destination wedding in Mumbai Mr Milind Khot make sure that all your needs are taken care of and the staff is also very friendly. The calm and serene atmosphere at Exotica made my wedding a success. I would highly recommend this place for weddings and parties.

I have been to Exotica back in 2011 & since then it has been my dream wedding destination. Thanks to team Exotica for bringing my dream into reality. On 1st dec we had booked lawn for wedding and due to unforeseen rains we had to immediately plan a backup and exotica team helped us arranging indoor space. We had great event, from food to decor and amenities everything is managed perfectly well. #bestplace

It was a perfect wedding destination for me. A huge thank you to everyone in the management team specially “Milind Khot Sir” to provide the best of experience for all our guests. The decor was very beautiful and the hotel is very well maintained. The food was outstanding. The staff was very attentive during the brunch and had genuine conversations with us. Thanks Exotica team for giving the beautiful memories.

Such a beautiful venue for a wedding. Feels like a destination wedding. The food was amazing too. The entire staff is courteous and the hotel owners are cooperative and very helping. The entire process of booking till the end of the function everything went smoothly because of the supporting staff. Would recommend this venue to all the people of Thane for a unique experience.

Few dish r kimda gd Never try American chopsey. Chef don’t even have an idea what it is. We were served tomato sauce with some vegetable and fried soup noodles For for me nope second visit

We have been regular's to Exotica for the last 10 years. The food and ambience of the place is awesome. We have also attended a few weddings and the pondside ambience is exclusive to this place, with natural surroundings amidst the cleanest air in Mumbai. Due to a lot of open spaces, themed weddings are possible and the wooden structures only add to the natural feel of the Yeoor forest, where it is located. As a Photographer, I have also done a few photoshoots at this location.
