I was at your resorts during the recently held Rotary District Conference as a speaker. The venue ,food and the room were fantastic. I must specially mention Azeez, Rashida, Sabeel and Anas for their excellent service and permanent smiles on their faces. They were never irritated and seemed very happy to help. Compliments to you for creating such wonderful customer relations through your staff. You will really be known all over for the hospitality of Calicut and helpfulness of the staff and managers.
