Nirvana Hotel

Great hotel , very clean , awesome food and very welcoming. The only complain - (we are form the western part of India) For us and our guests the heating system was not enough or there at all , just a tiny little heater in the month of December wouldn't cut it.

Felt like the owners are too trusting on the management most of the wedding customers are driven away, No propper warmth explaining and showing the venue and hiding away the normal rooms and keeping the wedding guests to one side the management is not properly showing the banquet hall by turning on the lighting stating that there is no electricity. That's bull what is the genarator for, The first impression is the last. you can't say to ur costomer that it's going to cost 25lacs, without briefing him maybe I was wearing chappals. But i did come in my fortuner. Not one percent professional you send the menu by post and u should have a propper booklets. please correct this at once. it's effecting the hotels reputation without u knowing.

The experience was really good, especially during the COVID times where only limited gathering was allowed it seemed like a perfect venue for us.The decor, food quality and hospitality everything was perfect.

we had our lockdown wedding there. All the arrangements were very well done. Food was delicious. They followed all the Govt. guidelines and proper sanitisation was there.

We had a great overall experience, food and co-operation was well. Just the management was bit of a hassle while booking. Rest all went well!

We had a wonderful experience holding our wedding at Nirvana. We were due to get married in August 2020, but due to Corona we had to postpone to June 2021 as I am from England and all flights were suspended. They managed all the date changes without any hassle and on the day, all safety precautions were in place by the team, as this was in the middle of second wave. The head chef worked with us to create a bespoke menu & the food served was praised by everyone. Really amazing team and appreciated the efforts by all involved to make our long awaited day so special.

Our experience at nirvana was great. Due to covid we had a very intimate wedding. All due authorities at nirvana helped us a lot in making this a wonderful experience and catering for all our needs. Moreover our family was also personally involved in all preparations and decorum of the wedding. As they have a hotel inside, our guest coming from out of station were staying at the venue itself. And nirvana does enjoy the benefit of its location, away from all city ear-splitting noises and pollution, it has a peaceful aura altogether.

The management has the tendency to exploit its customers. Like at the end moment they would disagree on prices and arrangements. But on venue point of view its good

My brother's wedding was in nirvana hotel, Ludhiana. We had a great experience. All the services were provided, everything was taken care of. The food was perfect and so was the room service!

It was once in a lifetime and memorable experience.. was really amazing can’t really express in words but yes it was my fairytale kind of wedding!! Blessed!!😍
