Saafa Banquet is a place of false commitment from the entire team. During booking they will give full cooperation and by the time of event reality starts coming out. I hosted my sister's wedding on 3rd May at Saafa. Being hot i asked them if the AC is functioning properly and serviced on time for the banquet and for changing room of bride, they said yes. Also asked if the 2 coolers kept in open will be operational properly along with most fans. At the time of booking they said everything is working well and serviced on time. HOWEVER DURING THE EVENT DAY CHANGING ROOM AC WAS like a blast furnace. Both the big cooler were faulty and they could not make arrangements to get it repaired. Managers at Saafa keep on changing like you change your cloths...during booking Aarti was the event coordinator, 1 month before the event Rajesh was the event coordinator ( most ill mannered and illogical person to talk to) during day of event Rohit was the coordinator. So the place is I'll managers all together. Now comes the food quality. During food tasting food was amazing, however during the time of event the quality of the food degraded to 50%. Don't go by the name of TATWA as they are not having same quality of food in restaurant and in banquet. Staff at the banquet is also not proactive, you need to tell them everything everytime...do this do that...and what not. Sometime even you can't find PPL for help within the event day if you are seeking for help. Family dinner service was pathetic. The people have the most shameless and pathetic managers. Please clear your payment terms before itself and take that in writing. Till u are booking and paying advance they are very sweet. They dont talk about payment terms. But these shameless group of people are capable of jumping on the stage during the function and forcing you to pay in full… i had a very bad experiEnce. So please make sure when and how u will pay these people and take the same in writing from them. I cant even describe the shamelessness these people can get to.. be careful and take everything in writing before u pay 50-80% advance.
