Worst Service Provided!!! The staff was rude as hell. Didn’t cooperated at all. All they care about is money, does not give a damn about customer satisfaction. They could not even provide two cup of coffees even though I was the one paying. The food was also not up to the mark. The rooms were also not good. Their lifts were not working, had to climb up and down several times. They did not make proper arrangements for pheras. Very careless attitude!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst management, they are liers. They won't give you the services they promise. They will say YES for all your requests at time of booking and then will ask you everything in written at the time of function. We didn't have any of their fake promises in writing so they denied everything. I literally had to wait for almost 30 minutes on stage for my fog theme and these guys were saying that they won't provide it as it is not written anywhere, they spoiled my best moment. Now my gifts are missing from the banquet and they are not even allowing us to check their cameras. They don't even pick up the call. My bank was not working on the wedding day so it was taking some time to clear the last payment and they pressurised us this much that my father broke his phone because of their behaviour and management. Well, worst worst management and thanks for spoiling my best day and my hard money. We will never ever recommend this banquet to anyone.

We had booked seven heaven for our anniversary function and the venue was really nice. But we had problems with their hospitality services, they were not that good in terms of hospitality and were not really cooperative as well. Food was fine though and decor was also nice but we were expecting more from the management team.
