Rooms were promised on one floor before booking but on the day of wedding rooms were given on random floors Extreme blunder in food, we asked for jain dinner till 5-7 and that was clearly mentioned in the contract instead of that the whole dinner was made jain . Specially staff Rupal and Rahul were rude and completely changed their attitude once the booking was done. For refund of our security amount its been 2.5 months its not done till date. Even billing was done wrongly and still not resolved inspite of so many reminders.
