My engagement was here and trust me they have amazing hospitality views and ethics. Its very reasonable and staff is very helpful and cooperative.

Our experience was not good. We had booked this venue for my sister in law's wedding and the management was very slow in carrying out requests. the decoration was also not done as per the planning. Their Behaviour was also not friendly.

Pathetic experience. The whole event was utterly mismanaged. Will not suggest the place to anyone for organizing any event whatsoever.

Worst place for any event. We booked grand jbr 500-550 guest and we were really disappointed with the service and the food. No starters were served to the baratis and dinner was served cold. Each and every barati complained about the food getting finished, spoons getting finished, food not getting refilled on time etc etc. which led us to huge embarrassment in front of our guest. The manager Mr.vinod kumar is rude to the guests and is non co operative. We wasted our money and feel cheated. Grand JBR is a BIG NO for any event.

The venue was amazing .The servies were nice as well. The staff was co-operative. The decor part was done from outside. Caterer was from outside as well.

We booked The Grand Jbr, Lucknow for our wedding and we were pretty disappointed with it. The food didn't seem like it was freshly made and the decor was average at best. It being a 4 star hotel we really were expecting a wonderful experience. We were really disappointed with it. Honestly they could've done so much better with everything.

My Engagement was at The Grand JBR, Lucknown and it was indeed such a lovely experience for all of us. We were more than happy with the services and arrangements at the venue. I have high words of praise for the Decorations and Food, everything was top notch. I loved the ambience and all our guests had a great time. I would love to recommend the venue to everyone.
