We didn't have a good experience with them. We booked the seasons hall for 125 people and eventually had about 100 guests. The air conditioning was so faulty that our guests were sweating. The extra cooler made their electric supply falter and our decor lights went off. Worst of all, there were mosquitoes in the hall. They were ill-planned, slow and ineffective to our problems. It's not worth paying so much money to get this level of service. Source

It was indeed the most memorable experiences right from the main hall and the lawn had most amazing outdoor dining for our guests which made it look just the way we wanted to have especially keeping the covid norms and protocols in place, and bringing my thoughts and vision into reality with the help of event management- @taamjhaamweddings Being extremely flexible to last minute changes and yet co operative and keeping the aesthetics on point. I can't thank the entire team of royal orchid including the support staff and team taamjhaam who brought together our D- Day into fine experience and the one to cherish for a lifetime

I had this place booked for my big day. Just wanted to thank you all for making our big day so special. Everything was managed so well that we didn’t have to worry about anything. The team especially Mr. Gurung took care of every detail and we loved every second of our special day. We got so many compliments from our guest for the beautiful setting. Staff were really courteous and attentive. They handled everything very professionally. Everything was perfect from decoration to food. Highly recommended. :)

Hotel Royal Orchid is a beautiful venue with both indoor and outdoor options. We chose the venue for our wedding and the hotel staff was very cordial and accommodating. The season's banquet hall is beautiful and gardens for outdoor venues ideal for both day and night functions. The food is also great!

The venue was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were both keen on an outdoor wedding since we wanted to add a pop of color to our celebration. The management team made it very easy to coordinate and provided a dedicated person to address our questions. Overall, we were very happy with the arrangement as it was located in the heart of the city and the experience was comfortable throughout.

We booked Hotel Royal Orchid for our marriage function. The hotel is easily accessible and looks beautiful from outside and inside. It's a luxurious property and the staff is equally skilled. The food was delicious and service was on point.

The wedding events lasted for 3 days and on all three days, all three meals were delicious and the variation in the menu was definitely praise worthy. The venue was located at a great location and easily accessible. The rooms and the hotel services were very comfortable and enjoyable.

We booked this venue for my brother in law's reception and we really had to manage everything remotely because the wedding was in Lucknow. The team delivered to the t and everything was perfect. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
