Horrible experience with Orion Team of Hotels in Greater Kailash. It was a worst nightmare coming true. I wanted a very intimate wedding of hardly 20-25 people so I picked their hotel “Grand Vikalp” in hopes of no fuss wedding. However, nothing went as per the plan. List of things which went wrong: 1. I would rate 0 on customer service. Nobody was listening, even for one cup coffee they maid you want for more than 1/1.5 hour. 2 Found lizards in Toilet 3. Rooms weren’t ready 4. Food served in dirty and broken cutlery. Cold food was served and after a long long wait to elderly people in their rooms. 6. Dirty rooms. 7. We forgot some of our stuff in hotels but they never gave back.
