If there were a lower score than this, I’d most certainly give them that. GYV/ The Fusion Decor was easily the worst, most stress-inducing, completely unreasonable vendor I had to deal with all throughout my wedding. I had the bad fortune of having booked them for all my wedding events because I’d assumed it’d be easier to deal with just 1 vendor. The stage couch provided was rickety and had to be changed in the middle of my Engagement, one of their benches fell apart in the middle of my haldi causing guests injury in the back, the sound/tech team was only existent at the time of booking and then vanished in thin air only to appear again when it was time to ask for money. That’s quite a standard feature of all GYV services. They’re very hands on with asking for money but forget about the part where they’ve to actually provide the service too. Their response to all the above was just that “it must’ve been some grahan on your wedding that this happened”.

1. they say that they will allowed outside vendors but they dont, they will play politics with you. 2. you have to unwillingly accept their decoration for which they will charge you huge (for decent decor) 3. on wedding day they will decorate 75% the way you said apart from it they will save by using the old wedding decor 4. no security so anyone can enter, in my wedding transgender (chakke) came and asked for money. 5. electricity went off twice during the wedding which was a humiliation. 6. the manager there some female asked my parents for bribe saying she will take extra care etc etc 7. not experienced but heard of robbery happening there and the police incharge got my parents sign tht if it happens at my wedding we will be responsible. overall i wud say dont go wid their false promises or budgeted price, they will make money from you through other sources like low quality decore, furniture, food sorry for late reviews i was out of country

We had booked Tivoli Pushpanjali for our wedding day. The food was great because of which we had initially booked the venue. The management did not take any inputs with respect to the decoration and they were using the same decoration for the day and night function. The decoration turned out to be very average and repetitive.

The most unresponsive and useless Mangement in the whole of NCR . Yesterday My Son’s wedding was performed there and at 10.02 pm police barged in and picked up The system of the person performing there. This artist was arranged by us and some Lady by the name of Tushita who is supposedly incharge of the venue booking was informed was unsupportive when she was informed of the incident saying that we should know about NGT order about no music after 10.00. This attitude of Tushita for a guest’s problem at a venue is totally unacceptable. Police barges into your site and there is no Manager present there to talk to them or sort the issue there and then but Customer has to deal with police by himself. Hospitality business is run specially like venue for wedding cannot run without good understanding between Police and Mangement of the venue and here it totally not seen at all. Never ever seen such a callous approach of a senior person in an organisation like hers. Tushita is blot on Hospitality industry. I would like to warn people of Tivoli being not customer friendly venue and the management is zero on scale of 1-10. So in nut shell I will not recommend Tivoli Pushpanjali to anybody because of Tushita who was rude and totally disgusting in talking to.

We had booked Tivoli Pushpanjali, we hosted our wedding there and we liked the venue, it was nice, just the services were not so good and not so bad as well, they were decent, like the food and decoration were okay-okay. Rest was fine, we had a good time!

We have booked Tivoli Pushpanjali to host our wedding. The place is huge with indoor and outdoor seating. We have booked both the open and the indoor area as we really liked the arrangements. We also found the place to be a bit cooler as compared to the temperature in Delhi and also, it is easily accessible because it is nearby the airport. The place is quite huge and decent.

Worst ever - My sister in laws got married this sunday 27th of Jan and we booked Tivoli Pushpanjali located and Dwarka Link Road (NH8). We had a horrible experience; We almost ended up calling the Police. At the time of vidayi, they have stopped the car of bride's father and not allowed him to leave for home for 02 hrs, just because one of the family member has brought the key of their room along as there were some belongings. Because of this the bidayi has been late by 05 hrs, they have been offered money for their money for new lock but the guy negi misbehaved with aged persons and ladies too. Even the bride's father was agree to leave one person over there while but there were one word from negi ke gaadi tabhi jayegi jab chabhi milegi.. I will not recommend Tivoli Pushpanjali to anyone organizing an event. I am sure that many such un-recorded incidents would have happened in Tivoli Pushpanjali in past. We hope this review helps future event seekers to be careful about Tivoli Pushpanjali. Just one word pathetic, describe their services..

Mr. Pardeep mathur and his team organised our wedding and ensured that it was perfect. he took the time and effort to really understand what we were after and made sure that it happened. What we really appreciated about mr. Mathur was that he does not simply follow instructions - anyone can be organised - but its that he really understands what you want, and can deliver above and beyond your expectations. But the best part is the quality of service which most of our guests specially mentioned to us while leaving, food snacks everything was excellent . From the decoration to the food everything was executed with 100 percent professionalism, I couldn't have asked for more. The lawn at Tivoli pushpanjali is extremely well maintained and lush green, the function area is well lit up and the covered area for the food is very beautifully done. I was worried about the food and service but on the day of the function everything was well planned and food was very good, the snacks were hot and service was brilliant. Pathetic experience..... To start with, it's a venue full of goons. All they do after taking the booking amount is suppress the client with threats about not starting the buffet at the time of party, cutting the electricity and play other cheap tricks like charging mcd tax(which is nothing)... Now some words about the great tivoli team- 1. Mr akshay gupta, the so called owner, not at all serious about his work. He did not meet me even once. He made false promises on the phone and kept deferring the meeting with me. A selfish, irresponsible guy, a liar. He didn't even care to answer my call at the day of wedding when his whole team was looting me. 2. Mrs geeta- fake , double faced, least bothered manager. The only thing she's interested in is, sir aap meri sewa pehle kardoge ya function ke baad. 3. Mr aditya(operations manager)-the most lazy person, greedy, and frank( agar koi mujhe 10 12 hazaar faltu dede toh mai tivoli chodh du)... Ever since i gave them the initial amount i was unable to meet that same person. Every time of my visit there was a new face sitting as the manager. Dont ruin your celebration by giving these sort of guys the booking amout...

I fully agree to the above comments/observations. We had a similar experience and the management was totally indifferent to the whole incident. Later they even claimed that we people were just imagining this to have happened, per them - nothing of this sort actually happened. This was a bitter shock and left us with very bad experience. I still remember how we ran pillar to post to find the bag as it contained lot of cash. I even remember how few folks from the management site were even trying to distract us by calling us constantly on our phones while we were fanatically searching for the missing bag. All this makes us strongly believe that all of them were hand in glove. My sincere request to people - please look out for some other option for any marriage related events, rather than having such a harrowing experience. I hope no one has to face similar thing on such a pleasant occasion.

Tivoli Pushpanjali Review My sister got married this November, 2016 and we booked Tivoli Pushpanjali located and Dwarka Link Road (NH8). We had a horrible experience; We almost ended up calling the Police. The event was just going smooth with little/ minimal hassles. The fleet of support staff (waiters, caterers, cleaners), by this time, had already identified close relatives/ family members. Among ourselves, we decided to give one person the responsibility to collect cash/ cheques/ gifts coming from relatives/ friends. We were not aware the person, having cash with him, was been followed by someone. In nick of time, the bag (carrying all cash and cheques) was gone. We escalated the entire issue to the management, who just failed to take any responsibility of the event. We were very surprised to know that there were no cameras installed anywhere in the vicinity of the Tivoli. The entire event got spoiled because of this theft and we ended up losing about 5 lakhs in cash. It is unimaginable to think of this untoward event happening without the management of Tivoli Pushpanjali getting involved. There were no efforts done by anyone to help find the culprit. Their cold reaction only suggested that they were participant in the theft. We will not recommend Tivoli Pushpanjali to anyone organizing an event. We are sure that many such un-recorded thefts would have happened in Tivoli Pushpanjali in past. We hope this review helps future event seekers to be careful about Tivoli Pushpanjali.
