Make a difference: Register here to get leftover food from your wedding event distributed amongst the less fortunate!

Hi guys, A few months back we wrote an article about how you can give back to society at your wedding and a ton of you wrote in saying that you would love to do any of those but didn't know how to go about it. Well, we can help out Wedmegood has been in touch with The Robin Hood Army  so that we can have a couple donate the leftover wedding food to the less fortunate. What you will need to do is simply touch base with your caterer and make sure he is okay with this, the distribution process will be handled by us and the robin hood army volunteers who will pack the food and distribute it to the people who go hungry while the rest of us are busy in our celebrations :) For those not aware of them, The Robin Hood Army is a group that started in Delhi and has made a huge difference across India is a very short span of time. A bunch of volunteers get together and distribute food left-over in restaurants etc...a few of who have now started cooking separate meals specifically for them!! A few things:

• We are looking at morning events in Delhi only since for us to handle distribution logistics that is easier . It could be a wedding , mehendi or anything else
• We are looking at December weddings (first week december is perfect) but even if not register anyway
• Logistics and distribution will be handled by The Robin Hood Army. All you need to do is check with your caterer once
