This is one of the most interesting and underrated resorts in Greece, Santorini. It's actually located high up in the hills of Imerovigli on the north coast of Santorini so it's a picturesque venue - and perfect for some great pictures. Directly below is the famous caldera, you also face the Skaros alongside Venetian castle ruins. And let's not forget the amazing view of the village of Oia because you are actually staying higher above sea level. Look out for sunsets that are popular in Santorini while lounging in the Infinity pool.
