Charmed Event Station

We wanted to have our wedding in Bali, Nusa Dua. We came across Sakshi through a mutual connection in India who's wedding was also planned by her and I attended it and wanted her to plan my wedding as well. There were many challenges as most of our guests were travelling in either from India or from Phillipines and Bali was a new location for all of us. Sakshi and her team took up the challenge and executed everything to perfection. There were people stationed at the airport to receive our guests and ferry them straight to the resort. There was a dedicated hospitality team stationed at the resort to help people checkin and guide towards the event venues. The decor was planned beautifully by her team and exactly how we pictures it to be, minimum yet classy. All the events went really well and Sakshi and her team provided all the support we needed throughout the wedding right upto the checkout of our guests! Thank you Sakshi, Shruti and the entire charmed team for talking up the challenge and delivering above our expectations!!

If I had to describe my experience with Charmed in 1 word, it would be 'Flawless'! I don't have enough words to thank Sakshi and her team for all the hardwork and effort they put into my wedding. My wedding was in Jaipur and at first, I was quite unsure as to whether a wedding planner based out of Delhi is going to work or not but I took a chance and it paid off. Sakshi just swept us off our feet, taking charge of everything from day 1 itself. Such professional service and at the same time ensuring that a rapport was built with the entire family. By the end of the wedding, my entire family was in awe of how well she and her team executed the entire thing. I don't think anyone else would have gotten my vision of the wedding or would have done justice in executing it the way you did. Thank you sooo much Sakshi! Sakshi and her team was exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were not only super patient with all our questions and requests during the planning process but also successfully did everything during across the days of the wedding. The one thing I honestly loved about how they functioned was they never said no to anything, nor did they push us to increase our budget. Sakshi was always honest with what can be accommodated within the budget which helped us get things We wanted without stretching significantly. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most memorable one ever. Very courteous and systematic way of working by the owner and it completely reflects on her team as well.

The experience was very good working with Sakshi and her team. Very organized and methodical, they leave very little room for errors or unforeseen incidents. They have a very detailed approach to plan things, checklists to ensure even the smallest of details are covered and her team is well trained to execute the instructions. The only thing I feel and experienced which can be improved is to ensure that the team should be easily identifiable during the events, perhaps give them a similar dress code. This helps the extended family on the event days. Overall, very satisfied and content with the service provided.

Came across Charmed event station on Instagram and immediately had a liking towards the decor work they delivered. Got in touch for our wedding in March and wanted an event planner to handle everything as me and my partner are based out of US and our parents who were in India needed help to plan out everything. Charmed events and Sakshi managed to help during the entire planning process and also with all the RSVP work, booking the venues and vendors and all other work the families required. Charmed event planned my brother's wedding at Raipur. They were very professional and accommodating throughout the planning process. They have an amazing team who takes care of every single bit of it. They even have a plan ready for crisis control! During the haldi function we were not expecting that it would rain but it did and the team was completely prepared with a backup and they ensured continuity without any disruptions.
