The total charge of 6.5 lakh for the wedding services you provided seems incredibly unjustified, especially considering that the only satisfactory aspect was the food. The wedding decor and overall event management were far below our expectations.Your poor management ruined my sister-in-law's dreams of a perfect wedding day. Instead of enjoying her special day, she was consumed with worry and stress due to the numerous issues that arose. This is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.Even though you received the full payment, you still haven't provided the raw photos and teasers. While we agree to pay the remaining 25k for the album, it's troubling that we haven't received the promised materials or any timeline for when we can expect them.Please address these issues immediately and ensure that the raw photos and teasers are delivered without further delay. We hope you take these concerns seriously and work to rectify the situation.

For example, your employees failed to serve cold drinks properly and even engaged in arguments with guests.Despite these significant problems, we chose not to bring them up during the event to avoid spoiling my elder sister's special day. However, your unprofessional behavior and the excessive charges have left us feeling manipulated and overcharged. The wedding was chaotic and fell far short of what we were promised.Given these circumstances, I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to managing events. My family didn't raise these issues at the time for the sake of my elder sister's happiness. However, your arrogance and greed were evident as you continued to manipulate and overcharge my sister. While you may have successfully conducted weddings in the past, my sister's was a disaster. You are a liar and a cheat. You know what, you sold a dream you couldn't fulfill. I wish Ihad investigated before hiring Shivaay Event Shreya and Vishal. I agree with Ritika Sinha they have spoiled my whole wedding not even 1 % they have delivered what they have promised in their presentation. Now they are harassing us for photos and more money. They are Threating us if we wont pay more money they will call our relatives send their Man to our house. I regret the day I spoke to Shreya and hired her. They took advantage of our busy schedule. They have promised complete coordination and management but there was no coordination between any of my event. I do not have a good memory of my wedding day 😭😭 Shivaay

Had a wonderful experience with them recently where their innovative, client-centric, and accomodating approach took away all our tensions. We were really able to focus on the wedding while all the backend work were brilliantly done by them. Shreya and Vishal stood with us to solve majority of our queries/concerns and really helped us to get a grand wedding organized within our budget. They bring some really fresh perspective and I would highly recommend them to all of you looking for a great wedding planner.
