If you are looking for a team which is relentless, meticulous and has a keen eye for detail, The Vow Weavers is that team. In and around August 2021, I started the process of finding wedding planners. My family and I had no experience in dealing with planners since my sister got married 14 years ago and my mom was in essence “the planner”. A few pitches here and there, I contacted my friend whose wedding planning I enjoyed and she gave me Nitisha’s number. After speaking to Nitisha, we fixed a time for a call and after the meeting with Neelam and Nitisha, my mom was the first to say “this team of girls are giving me good vibes”. With the uncertainty of COVID, I kept pushing finalising the planners, but what struck out was Nitisha’s follow ups. As a client, it was amazing to see her follow up even before TWV had recieved the mandate. Ultimately, several calls and one more meeting later, Team Vow Weavers was on board for the wedding. Nitisha and Neelam became a safe space for me to discuss all aspects of the wedding. It didn’t feel like I was discussing ideas with someone who I had a commercial relationship,instead it felt like speaking to two very experienced friends. What began as a vision board was brought to reality by the amazing planning by TVW. The USP of team Vow Weavers and their amazing founders is that they are not in the business of just agreeing with their clients ideas. Their inputs, sometimes protest to my ideas for the wedding were genuine, logical and to my benefit. I am so glad both Nitisha and Neelam put their foot down when required and guided me into making choices which created memories of a lifetime. After the third wave and the possiblity of my wedding being postponed, Nitisha and Neelam went from being my planners to my support system. These brilliant women executed a wedding in 10 days which was to perfection. From late night calls to early morning reminders the madness that ensued till we were at the wedding location was managed to perfection by team TWV. Both Nitisha and Neelam bring different strengths to the table and with both of them together you get planners who bring their A game in all aspects. As a result with team TWV I had a wedding which was logistically, aesthetically and creatively fantastic. It would not be out of place to mention that the team led by Nitisha and Neelam imbibe the philosophy of TWV and didn’t feel like planners but my friends who put together the festivities. The entire team of TVW was warm, hardworking and super efficient. At no point during the two days of our wedding functions were we left wanting for anything. Everywhere I looked a member of team TWV was present and just killing it to ensure that the guests and everyone at the wedding was comfortable. The coordination with vendors and the seamless manner in which all the festivities took place is testament to the TVW’s solid work ethic and integrity. I knew having team TVW on my side was the best decision, ofcourse after deciding to marry my husband. In team TVW and specially in Neelam and Nitisha I found not only my wedding planners but a support system who ensured that I had the wedding of my dreams. I got married at Taj Palace, Colaba in Mumbai on 21st Nov, 2021 and had the best planning team at my wedding courtesy Nitisha and Neelam. At every wedding something is bound to go wrong and when it does, believe me, you’ll want Nitisha and Neelam by your side. They are exceptional planners and came to our rescue every single time. Till date I’ve never seen a wedding go as smoothly as ours did (nor have my family and friends). Their teams did a fantastic job at hospitality and handled all our international logistics as well with ease. They had people stationed at the airport and train stations all through the night sometimes just to ensure seamless transport to the hotel. The shadows were also brilliant and able to anticipate our needs even before we thought of them. It will feel like your friends are helping you plan your wedding more than them behaving like vendors. They personally invest their time and energy in each project and genuinely care about their clients which is unheard of in this industry. Definitely choose them for your wedding and you won’t be disappointed.

Devanshi and my wedding took place on 12th July 2021 at JW Marriott Juhu, Mumbai. Where do I even begin with our journey with The Vow Weavers? Our wedding was initially supposed to be in Bangalore on the same dates. Due to the uncertainty of the COVID situation and the restrictions in place, we were on the fence right up until mid June about the location of the wedding. We had finalised wedding planners from Bangalore before that. However, as a family we took the decision to move the location to Mumbai. The Vow Weavers had done an engagement party for a friend before, which is how we got in touch with them. We contacted them less than a month before our wedding date and right from the first conversation their positivity and "will get it done" attitude just blew us away. It is quite astonishing how dedicated Nitisha and Neelam were to get the finer details right despite the race against time. They were so prompt in their follow ups with us and our vendors. The way they worked was also super organized which is why we didnt feel too overwhelmed at the number of decisions to be taken in such a short span of time. They were so understanding even about some of our crazy requests. For example, due to certain reasons Devanshi and I were contemplating moving around our functions just 2 days before the wedding began. We called Nitisha at 1am to figure this out and by next morning we had pro's and con's about this idea. We loved how accommodating they were with everything. Apart from their dedication, what excited me the most was their creativity and ideas to make the wedding super fun for our guests. They just totally matched mine and Devanshi's wavelength. Their ideas were super fresh. We were at an age where we have attended a lot of weddings in the past couple of years but some of these ideas were unheard of and super fun. A major example is my wife Devanshi's bridal entry which was Neelam's idea which very unintentionally went viral. The attention to detail even in that situation was noticeable and praised by everyone. Coming to the on-day logistics. To be very honest, Devanshi and I and our families were not troubled at all. They took care of every single thing, from the decor, to the food to the coordination with all our vendors. It was all done so smoothly that we were not bothered at all throughout our event. We were also adamant on testing all our guests for COVID before they came for the event. They even coordinated with a diagnostic laboratory and our guests to ensure we covered them all. To conclude, if someone was planning an event, I would blindly recommend The Vow Weavers. Their team covers all the bases in what someone looks for in a wedding planner - creativity, value for money, great team, logistical support, great ideas, vendor coordination, prompt etc. They were a huge reason as to why we were able to have the wedding of our dreams at a time where we were uncertain about whether or not we even be able to have a wedding.

Extremely cordial, hands on, uplifting and creative minds! Neelam & Nitisha assured us that the wedding would turn out just as we wanted and nothing less was delivered. Truly one wedding where the hosting family too could enjoy cause they took care of everything, from the smallest problem to a big last minute change. We didn’t even get to know that there was a problem cause it was solved in a jiffy! More than the utmost professionalism, both of them and their team became our family in the short span of time. Absolutely loving and caring with ever smiling faces. Always ready to take upon work with no buts or so’s. Super hardworking and beautiful women.

Through the uncertainty of the Covid 19 situation and with only a month to go for the wedding, we decided to shift my brothers wedding to Mumbai. That’s where Vow Weavers came to our aid. Neelam and Nitisha were on their toes since Day 1. They took up the challenge of planning a wedding in such a short time frame and with tons of ambiguity. Within a day of meeting them, they exactly understood the kind of wedding we wanted and started to act upon it. They helped us execute everything we have wanted and paid attention to the smallest of the details. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. They have been the sweetest team and have never complained about even our last minute changes. They made the family’s dream wedding come true. I contacted Neelam to help me plan my wedding and she was extremely helpful and resourceful! From make up artists to photographers to mehendi artists she provided me with the best options (in all budgets) to choose from. She is extremely easy to work with and will definitely help you plan your dream wedding! Her decor team is also amazing! She transformed my venue into the most beautiful venue! The quality of flowers and everything was also on point! The best part is, there is absolutely no supervision required! Neelam executed everything to perfection (maybe even superseded perfection) and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Neelam and her team if you are looking for a wedding planner! She's also very reasonably priced in comparison to many others in the industry (another plus point!!) What are you waiting for? Go ahead and give her a call!! You wont regret it!!

It would have not been possible without Neelam & Nitisha! Especially with the short time we had for the planning. It would have been a basic blunder without the TVW team. Everything that we asked for was executed to perfection. Even the smallest of details were made to look like a grand affair! They made sure that all our imaginations were put to reality. So we wanted to celebrate our 5 yr anniversary in a little different way..n so we decided to do a small intimate vow renewal..but even that seemed way more than we could handle.. Thank god we had TVW...they literally saved the day..found us a great venue..took care of the minutest details..n did a wonderful job of the decor..staying up practically all nite so that we could have a great ceremony the next day...they literally stole the show with the decor...!!! Thank you for taking care of everything.. Great job guys...keep up the great work..!!

We had less than a month to plan our wedding from scratch. It really wouldn’t have been possible without the team of TVW who paid attention to the flimsiest of our ideas and tried to work them into our wedding. Although we were mostly in touch with Neelam, Nitisha and Ria, the entire team worked real hard to make the wedding happen in less than a month. It was the most homely team to work with and it’s been pure joy to have had TVW work on our wedding. Like every big fat Indian wedding, ours too would’ve incomplete without a couple of issues on the D day which were handled rather professionally by the team. Thank you for understanding our choices and finding ways to work them into the plan! I’d say I’d love to work with them again but that’s a rather disastrous thing to say so I’m just going to leave it at this- it was our pleasure and we’re glad we had you guys on board!
