Me and my husband are based out of Dubai and we were looking for a wedding planner who can manage the time difference and assist us in the planning process from the scratch. I don’t even know where to start with The Wedding Tantra. Adithya and her team have just worked magic. They have given me and my husband the destination wedding of our dreams and they have exceeded our expectations in every way! I was nervous about everything since I was planning everything from the US, but Adithya, Janice, and the whole team made sure every detail was catered to. They were extremely communicative and they never made us feel like we were not priority. They handled everything seamlessly months before the wedding and especially during the wedding. Weddings are said to always be a chaos, but they never let the chaos get to us. They have been a delight to work with and everyone in the team is a gem and they treated us with utmost professionalism and warmth. They have not only wowed us with the decor, logistics, and all the suggestions they gave us along the way, but also managed to always have patience especially with me asking a million questions. From the moment we had our first conversation, We knew they were the ones we wanted to trust for our wedding planning. After a year of planning and so many conversations with Janice and Adithya, they managed to bring our vision to reality in the most beautiful manner. It was great having TWT plan our wedding; they were easily able to translate our vision into a beautiful and memorable wedding! The entire team was amazing and really helpful with even the tiniest of requests. Even small details like a surprise welcome care package for the bride and groom that they had kept in our rooms made it very special. Adithya and the team really understood what we had envisioned - fun, vibrant and colorful! My favourite event and the one I was most excited about was the Mehendi Sundowner where I wanted a travel/vintage theme which they executed so perfectly.
