This September 22nd I was approached by ORRA Diamond jewelry store Srarath city Mall, Gachibowli with some EMI schme and to my curiosity i started whatsapp chat and went ahead with submitting my pan,Adhar and Bank statements. Since I have good funds flow and cibil and I'm also have the same emi partners for the finance for my business after getting approval of my 1st loan on 23rd septiember after 100s of calls literally I went ahead and made a purchase worth 3.5 lacs and that time they showed me some Rani haram and I liked it and that costed 11 lacs so enquired and left. During the purchase the whole team was extremely friendly and cordial and I again started getting messages for 11 lacs Rani haram and Moin the worst sales person extremely pathetic and commercial guys kept persuading to tak up a loan again which I wasn't sure but for his stupid sale again sent my documents that was my worst decision and again got 7.4 lacs approval for which I made an upfront EMI and required down-payment. NOW LAST LOAN 2 EMI WENT SMOOTH, 2ND LOAN 1ST EMI ADANCE AND MONTHLY EMI WENT SMOOTH and when i showed the jewelry to my shock they have cheated and given me jewellery worth 5 lacs or less for 11 lacs. I have got it verified at GRT JEWELLERS, TANISHQ AND CARATLANE and the diamond is the cheapest and low grade that is used in cutting the diamonds with no cut and clarity. I didn't want to create any scene and hence made them calls asking to give me vvs G-I worth every penny I paid without any extra thing . And these useless money minded craps Kasim and Moin most pathetic manipulate corrupt people bluntly tell me to upgrade EMI Or pay more for exchange when IM CHEATED ITS A FRAUD AND THEY WANT A CUSTOMER TO HAVE 5 LACS JEWELRY FOR 11 LACS. Called them waited for 3 days and these useless people who called me back to back on 12 October for my 2nd purchase stopped receiving calls and stopped answering messages. Now I went to outlet and they tested my patience with asking me to close loan for exchange which isn't even a policy in loan partner and them or the customer. Even after accepting they gave low quality diamond they want me to pay more and Kasim said kindly do a police complaint our owner has 80 outlets so now I would want the owner of 80 outlets to understand one revolution can bring it all down. If it's only about fraud and cheating the people like Nirav Modi and Vijay Maliya also had their share when they tried to mess with innocent people. My 2nd bad experience with ORRA . I have gone ahead with Police complaint also registering a complaint of being cheated and fraud in consumer forum now let Kasim understand the power of a customer. I would request people to not gall in traps of such useless people who are openly cheating with bad quality diamonds and I'll make sure to file a petition in High Court and Supreme Court as well for ORRA Diamond and monthly instalment fraud. Plenty of complaints on mouthshut, Google and consumer forum They are extremely commercial and manipulative. They also want to play with a client who just want a proper exchange. I'll make sure Dear 80 store Owner you pay back with a compensation.

The platinum bracelet is of poor quality, as within 6 months the lock is broken and the chain when wearing long sleeve clothing it gets trapped in the sleeves. Having paid a lot of money I didn't expect the bracelet to be of this quality. It's not worth it!
