I ordered a necklace specifically asking for a delivery date and I followed up every day and got assurance that I will get it on time.. The last day when it didn’t got delivered I called up multiple times,messaged on Whatsapp,Instagram and after chasing a lot finally got a response stating the Tracking number. The tracking details showed that the necklace was couriered on the day that I was expecting the delivery and when I asked her she blocked me and never responded.
