Aashiyana - The Fashion Studio

We selected a bridal piece from them, they asked us to pay 5,100 for advance booking of the piece. We gave them 3,100 for advance and very next day we called them and informed them that we wouldn’t be purchasing that piece as the lockdown happened and everything get postponed. Then from the last 2 years we are constantly visiting the shop to ask them to refund our advance amount to which they say either purchase a article from them or forget the amount. Their range starts from 50,000, we requested them that to settle amount of Rs 3,100 why we have to purchase something of atleast 50,000? I am constantly trying to request Mr. Ravi to refund the amount for which he has not provided me any services nor any product, I also requested him to please refund Rs500 quarterly if he can’t afford to pay back my advance at once,but he refused. He constantly claims on WhatsApp that he has shut the shop, therefore he won’t refund my booking amount, but today he himself admitted that the shop is still operational and he himself is the owner,when my brother called from another number pretending to a new potential customer. I have the receipt of the booking amount paid and all his call recordings and WhatsApp chats of his false claims. My brother who is an advocate in Delhi High Court is taking a legal action against him. To all the new buyers PLEASE DON’T GET FOOLED BY THEM. THEY WILL JUST STOP GIVING YOU RESPONSE AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR GRANTED. I bought lehenga for my wedding from this shop, the shopping experience was good but when I went to collect my blouse they gave me different color of fabric and they tried to persuade me to accept the wrong piece. They don't even realize that they have ruined your feelings about your wedding lehenga. I would never recommend buying from this shop, and especially when you need to buy a wedding lehenga. And when I gave reviews on google, they tried to prove my reviews wrong, and threaten me to complain in cybercrime. Pathetic i will complain about this on consumer court.

If you want to buy your bridal outfit, I would definitely suggest you to go Aashiyana and ask Sanoj ji there to show you the lehengas, you would definitely find something that you would fall in love with. Moreover I would like to appreciate Sanoj ji and the entire Aashiyana team for handling a bride like me so effortlessly who asked for changes n number of time but they never said a no! Would definitely recommend everyone to visit them once! They haven't spend on marketing their brand but their customer service speaks volume!

The owner of this shop is very polite in nature and the staff is also very nice. If you are going to purchase a lehenge for your special day than AASHIYANA THE FASHION STUDIO is the best shop in Chandani Chowk.
