I really appreciate the level of patience these guys have, Got one of their existing kaleeras customized with my hubby's and my zodiac signs. Loved the service, the design & quality. Would surely recommend to people. <3

I had placed an order for four earrings yesterday on their website. Today I received a call from a very rude guy of the team wherein he was asking whether the order is confirmed or not, I told him that I had placed an order and it is confirmed from my end. My voice was breaking since I was out, so I told him that I will call you back. The next moment I received a notification saying that my order has been cancelled as per my request. I didn't request for cancellation at all. This is how they deal with their probable customers. Pathetic service guys. Really pathetic. 👎

We would like to inform you that your order was placed under COD but in your order prepaid shipping was selected. As per our policy we cancel all order with incorrect shipping option chosen. We had called to confirm the same and wanted to inform that you will have to place a new order with the correct shipping option. Unfortunately due to network error the call was not connected properly and we were neither able to communicate you the issue or get a confirmation from your side. Hence at that moment we cancelled your order as we couldn't have shipped COD order under prepaid shipping.
