Coming from a type "A bride", you can close your eyes and go for Aira wedding planners as they are they best wedding planners in bangalore. I had a big list of ~15 planners that I spoke to before finalizing on Aira, I am not afraid to say this but all of them had so much of unnecessary attitude as if they are doing a favour on us. From the first meeting (we had not finalized aira yet) it seemed like it was wedding in Sarangs family, he had so many ideas already and was so warm to us, we finalized them in an instant. Since i am a type A bride, i had my own mood board, excels, ideas and a lot of engery, Sarang was not only able to match up with that but was doing better, he was able to tell us what would work, what wouldn't, where can we cut things, where can we add and we came up with the wedding PPT, during this time there was professionalism in terms of cost transperancy and having regular meetings with us. The D days were finally here, however, weddings cant be without any hick ups, we had to change our cocktail decor overnight due to the location limitation, but Sarang and his team worked overtime/overnight and gave us the Cocktail party of our dreams! A small thing as a bride that I will never forget and will be thankful for this memory, I really wanted to use smoke guns at our cocktail but due to some delays I could not, but before the day ended Sarang made sure that I could use it as he knew how excied I was for it and even got our photography team to capture it! Our Mendhi and wedding days were straight out of dream, it was just like 3Ds we had finalized on, we got so many compliments on the arrangement, it was due to attention to detail and execution was par excellence.My husband and I really felt the mandap was placed in between the heavens! Sarang and all his vendors were always available for any smallest discussions that me, my husband or my Mil needed to have, we are very thankful to the team for our beautiful wedding day. Ps: I have told sarang that he is already booked for all our future events for life 🙂

Mr Sarang is someone who listens to his client intently and then comes out with some of the best ideas to suit their requirements. This sets him apart from rest of the wedding planners who push budget ahead of talks. His approach from conceptualisation to execution was simply superb. He always gave more than 100% to his job and physically present throughout to ensure there’s no deviation from the art work. For my son’s wedding, the kind of sets and flower decor by Sarang and his team did was simply astounding thus rivalling any Bollywood sets. Overall it was a great job done and will be cherished by all our guests for a long time to come. In hindsight, I believe choosing Aira was a great decision. I wish him and his team many more success stories moving forward. They are certainly destined to be one of the finest event management companies in Indian landscape.

We had an incredible experience working with Sarang and his team on the decor for our wedding! Aira stepped in last minute and worked extremely hard to bring our vision to life (in the Kerala humidity no less). Sarang and his team were incredibly easy to work with. Everything was executed smoothly and without incident. I really wanted bird-shaped lights and they were kind enough to surprise me with it at our after party. The decor was truly stunning and everybody complimented how well done it was. We were really happy with their work and highly recommend Aira!

My husband discovered Sarang through Instagram when we were struggling to choose a wedding planner. After numerous discussions with various planners, what drew us to Aira was the personalized touch he brought to our conversations. We were adamant about avoiding overly commercial planners due to horror stories we'd heard about their focus on finances over emotions, lack of flexibility, and unwillingness to accommodate our needs. We wanted someone who viewed weddings as an emotional journey rather than just a financial transaction. Choosing Sarang was a decision we're immensely thankful for. Over the course of a year, we collaborated closely with him for our three-day, six-event wedding. While the process had its minor hiccups and occasional delays, and we did exceed our budget slightly, the execution leading up to and during the events was flawless. The decor was breathtaking, and Sarang's attention to detail, from initial designs to multiple revisions, was commendable. Despite the challenges of coordinating across time zones and between two families, Sarang treated our wedding as a labor of love and emotion, going above and beyond to ensure each event was executed perfectly. What truly stood out was his transparency and heart throughout the entire process, including the final settlements. We wanted a planner who would infuse our wedding all heart, and Sarang delivered just that. We couldn't be more grateful. :)

Aira did a fabulous job of executing a design that fit our theme. They provided different options for us to choose from and put it together keeping our budget in mind. There were some last minute challenges which they handled by themselves. Sarang did a great job of managing the whole show seamlessly.

Excellent job from start to end! Sarang was able to get us a good wedding venue which was a big relief. Decor was beautiful, excellent food and services and we had a very enjoyable wedding experience! Sarang was very friendly and also gave us very good references for additional services like photography, catering, hotel stay etc.

When I wanted to perform my daughter’s wedding in a grand manner as a destination wedding and having selected a heritage property Tamarind Tree at Bengaluru, I was a bit puzzled and confused after browsing the reviews in various websites including Wedding moods as to whom I should engage for managing the event, especially the designing of the colour themes and decorations suiting to our culture, traditions and the aesthetics of the heritage venue. After the wedding, I can now proudly claim that I could not have got a better person than Sarang to do the job. Both Sarang and his wife Archana are extremely good, talented in their job and works very hard. Sarang has the advantage of sourcing beautiful fresh flowers directly from flower gardens in Bengaluru. They have an excellent team of workers to convert your as well as their imagination & innovative art designs into reality with colourful flower decorations and art work, thereby helping us realise our daughter’s dream wedding. If you are a bit flexible in your budget, sky is the limit for Sarang’s team and they are capable of setting up a Devaloka or heaven in the wedding venue. Having lived in Mumbai for nearly 25 years, I was totally new to Bengaluru. Thanks to Sarang, he helped me in sourcing / mobilising the best service providers for catering, photography, etc, and all my guests were awestruck in seeing the wedding arrangements.

Our Roka ceremony was by the far the most special day of our lives. Sarang, Archie and their team literally made our dreams come true and gifted us the fairytale we wished for... From the start to the end , I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special !!! Aira wedding planners have a gift and those who experience them become richer because of it. Sarang combines an exquisite artistic taste for every detail with all the practical skills and knowledge of how to handle all the various aspects. Sarang and the team had done a phenomenal job at organising our wedding. We had met quite a few planners, but with Sarang there was an instant connection. His approach was very meticulous, and the vision for our dream wedding was flawlessly executed by him and the team, in spite of the Covid situation. The team was personally very invested in the project right from the start, had a lot of vendor connections, and they provided a lot of creative suggestions. One instance that I would like to mention was that 3 days before the wedding, there was heavy rainfall and orange alert was issued in the region. Due to this all of our laid-out plans and the venue arrangements had to be reworked upon at the last minute. The planned flower vendors were unable to deliver since their stock had gone bad due to the rain. Sarang and team re-planned the entire layout, identified alternate vendors and solved all of the challenges effectively. We will always be super thankful to their team for everything they have done for us! For anyone planning their wedding, Aira Wedding Planners are definitely one of the finest teams to work with!
